Everything was great until I wasn't able to jump through their hoops then I was ghosted and ignored by staff and admin as well. The level of professionalism is abhorrent. Once you are trapped in their net of services, expect treatment to be subhuman and a level of intimidation and antagonizing unlike anything I have ever seen. My personal experience has caused unbearable trauma. I do not recommend CRS services to ANYONE!

Kerrie Drazkiewicz/Pipken flat out does not do her job. That’s why she relys on the State giving her appointments because she would be incapable of actually running an efficient Mental Health Service. No one would pay to see her in their right mind. She is incompetent when it comes to basic procedures. Do better.

A comprehensive health provider that serves it's community very well. There are many services such as doctors, nurses, lab work, therapy, case managers, treatment plan coordinators, pharmacy, and more. Everyone of the staff I have met have been very helpful and kind and understanding. I highly suggest that if you are in a disadvantaged situation that you come here and do an intake and they will help you with your needs.

One of my loved ones has been receiving services from this agency. As a mental health professional, I can’t recommend them LESS. Actions consistently demonstrate a lack of care for the well being of clients.

This place is an insult to mental health ! This place is why our loved ones are still struggling. Takes half a day to be told as a new patient who was checked in, but not given any directions how the place works, that he was a no show. No meds, no counseling, told to come back next week. WHAT A JOKE OF A MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY !!!

Have given me infinitely more frustration and pain than they have helped. Over 4 hours of intake appointments, canceled and rescheduled appointments, across 10 weeks and I still have not seen a therapist. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because they are good with my child’s therapy. But it’s terrible to reach out for help and not to get any. There are a few good people there, but overall it’s just disappointing

While I have had good experiences with the doctors I have seen at this location, the front office staff is extremely rude, demeaning and unhelpful. I have put off scheduling appointments for months, simply due to the fact that the front office staff is just so difficult to deal with... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The front staff will just put you with the wrong doctor and then gaslight you into thinking you have no say or choice in anything having to do with your treatment.

I called to try and get a hold of my Dr because his other facility wasn’t answering calls anymore. I was told I had to come in for intake so I did and it was kind of creepy. I follow a woman that wasn’t too welcoming by any means all the way in the back down stairs, down a hall into a locked room which had multiple office rooms. We went into her office, shut the door and I explained to her what medication I have been being prescribed. She immediately shuts me down and gets defensive and even ...
