Yesterday I was asked to leave a review for CMS. First off let me say, the one in West Allis is good but it has its little issues too. A review is supposed to talk about positives and negatives. Let's start with negatives. It's not stuff that really has huge impact on MY recovery. It's little stuff like the front desk not being there until 10 minutes after the shift starts stuff like that. They should work on that. The front desk is mainly good, does its job, is nice and cordial it's just th...

So grateful I was able to transfer here and dose my first day after missing the dosing window at my old clinic. I recently had surgery on my dominant hand so a counselor helped me complete the intake paperwork so I wouldn't have to try to do it left-handed. The intake process even went relatively quickly compared to other clinics. Everybody that works there seems down to earth and genuinely caring! Both the counselor and the doctor kept making sure I was comfortable and anticipated my needs ...

Whoever answered the phone while I was trying to verify an appointment as part of MY JOB was extremely rude. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it! Staff should take that into consideration. Whoever that nurse is do not need to be answering the phone or communicating at all for that matter!

I've gone thru another of different treatments and some several times however the first time I went to CMS in West allis I knew I found the right one . The staff is always there for you no matter what the issue is. I'm no.longer ashamed of who I am or what I've over come. Thank you CMS. I hope many more will give you guys a chance. And stick with it, even when it seems rough they will help you get thru it. Thank you so much CMS.

This place was kind, FAST ON INTAKE(Iykyk as an addict this importance!!!) amazing and just all around SO COMFORTING and reassuring, non judgemental, on THE WORST day of my life!!!! Thank you all of CMS

I highly recommend anyone having to deal with problematic staff at their current treatment centers get themselves transferred over to CMS. I noticed a lot of clinics make it harder on you when you ARE Sober & CMS doesn’t. As long as you do whats mandatory by the state the clinic wont pile up extra stress on you with the threat of stopping treatment unless you comply.

This place saved my life. Best methodone/suboxone clinic in Milwaukee! BY FAR. Also has an app u can save a little login time upon arrival each day. Doesn't feel like an addict farm like everywhere else. This staff doesn't get enough credit on friendliness and willingness to help, and they know their stuff.

Honestly If you are looking to get clean and just be a daily doser this place is 5star. However if your truly looking to get your life back on track and phase at this place(earn the right to go less and less by acquiring take homes) this place makes it practically impossible. I don't know if it's because they make more money if your a daily doser or if it's due to being understaffed with a growing number of patients, but you are nothing but a number to this company. My blood draws have been l...
