The staff has always treated me with respect and has always been available when needed. The hours of operation is well appreciated as I'm able to make plans throughout the day, not worrying about making it to the clinic. I would definitely recommend CMS services to anyone in need of MAT

I went here years ago and then had to come back a couple years later. And both times it saved my life. The nurses are so caring and understanding. And the front desk lady will go above and beyond to help you even out side the clinic . We needed a print out and she didn't have to print it but she did so we could get our I.d. so if you want to see a counselor or need help with addiction this place is where you need to be. I've tried 11th Ave and Mary Haven as and this is by far nicer cleaner wi...

I absolutely love community medical center! They gave me my life back and as most businesses they have staff issues and at times things might take a little longer then expected but they are always nice and willing to help with anything you need . Only thing I don't like is the counseling because the counselors change so much that you never really can get to know them or even try to open up because in a week or so you have to start all over . That's my only complaints. All the nurses and docto...

When seeking out or being pointed in the direction of a place like this it can be a scary feeling. Feelings of failure, and uncertainty of what this road could lead to in the future. Many people will give their opinions of a place like this with no hands on experiences making our fears weigh even heavier on our minds. I along with so many will tell you that our lives were in need of some assistance from people who have either been through it, or are totally invested in our futures. Many other...

In 2024, things are really getting better here. I love my doctors, nurses, and counselor. CMS is the place to be in 2024

I personally have been going here for a few years and I don't have a bad word to say about the place, other than there is one counselor that works there that shouldn't work in that line of work at all he is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting ( lol) . Other than him (Tom) I have always thought all the other employees are great.i really recommend this clinic if you are looking for one.

I go to the CMS on S. High st, but I have a really good friend who goes to this location. He says nothing but good things about CMS. And since I've transferred from Complete Healthcare with Dr. Samuel, it has been such a godsend. CMS literally has saved my life. My mental health was spiraling out of control, I have been through a lot of trauma and Dr. SAMUEL made me contemplate suicide. If you have a loved one who's struggling with mental health, CMS is a TRUE harm reduction facility! Its rec...
