I used to have nothing but good things to say about this place however things have changed. I'll explain. When I started the program it was under the leadership of the CEO Mrs. Hall. She was and still is a phenomenal woman. The clinic was all about clients advocating for themselves, a strong mandatory presence of group counseling, and great employees who genuinely care about the clients. Unfortunately, to the dismay of many the lovely Mrs. Hall retired. They tried to bring in a new CEO I wo...

I definitely wouldn’t come to this agency for help with recovery. I have had several bad experiences with them. I have been a client at CAAA for several years. Last year I decided to take a trip to Vegas. I was sober and getting take homes so I didn’t see a problem. Alcohol came up in my system. I don’t drink. I demanded a breathalyzer and tried to fight it. Called the Director. She said there machines can detect how much alcohol was in my system and knew me for several years knew ...

Brought a loved one here for help.... She has been thru a lot and needed some direction/help sometimes & when I tried to help her the renta cop told me to basically get out of the bldg bc I'm not a client. The person I was helping will not return if she can't ask for help. Something so simple as compassion/understanding that I'm explaining something to her would a long way. My veiw is the ex user security guard should remember his situation and try not to deter already scared folks away from ...

I guess there’s good things and bad things about this Clinic I don’t know from personal experience I’m going by what other people have told me but if it helps someone get off drugs well then that’s a good thing

It's all about which doctor is there. Thankfully, within the last 2 years, they have changed drastically (for the better).. people can now live a normal life and not have to be held down by a clinic (to a certain extent) .. dr.cook had compassion fatigue, and I believe that caused a huge decline in client satisfaction. Now that she is gone.. things are beyond better for the clients.
