What began as an easy way to make a quick buck for our fix each day soon evolved into a real and true blessing for both my wife and I! I noticed that all the reviews are from years ago. And still there are some that were treated unfairly, and forced to leave if you voiced your concerns. Or someone was afraid you were going to expose the malpractice and unprofessional standards that you're forced to abide by and keep your mouth shut if you want help. Everything is good in the beginning. Everyone acts kind and smiles. But once you're there long enough, and you speak out or speak up about something that you know isn't right. Yo...

You're blacklisted, and believe me when I say they have the worse case of gossiping and spreading ones business that I have ever witnessed anywhere. Direct violations of Hippa were reported and as well as tampering with the UA's which was proven and all it did was open a door that created mistreatment and disrespectful attitudes, and from EVERYONE! So they whisper amongst one another and cover for one another as well. Filing a grievance is a joke there. They tell you one thing and do the exact opposite. Then if you voice your opinion or complain your viewed as the problem. Even speaking with the director made absolutely no difference. It was like talking to a wall. Everyone has an excuse or labels you a problem, and from there on who is going to want to listen to you or help? I was discharged with no warning and no hearing or chance to voice my side of the story. They instead called me to tell me because of my attitude I was being discharged. That's very professional. Everyone from especially the girls at the front desk have the poorest attitude and treat a person as if we are beneath them. Most of them walk around there like they hate their job, and these are people who you are coming to and depending on for help. Never have I seen such a level of poor communication and one sided justice. I worked my way up in the program to where I was only coming once every 2 weeks. Never missed a day. Never missed a session with counselors. Then one day I passed off the wrong person because she was having a bad day and decided to mind a private conversation that had nothing whatsoever to do with her. From that day forward, I started getting positive UA's, and they started taking my levels and what I worked so hard to earn. Not only did they disrupt my entire program, but my life and my sobriety was immediately put in danger, and the sad part is, they knew exactly what they were doing and what was going on. This is the only place I had ever seen, treatment wise, that doesn't allow you to seal both the bottle and the bag that your UA goes into. And they just go in a Tupperware container on the floor behind the desk. But when I fought it all and spoke up automatically the problems increased for me and I was forced out, putting my sobriety and life in danger of relapse and failing. I could see if there was an act of violence or threats of any kind. But because you were exposing an act of corruption and you know in your heart what you are doing is in not just your best interest, but those who will be coming here in the future seeking help and someone to listen to and believe in them. The worst feeling in the world is knowing that you have come so far and are doing so good and then something transpires that is out of your control, and there's not only nothing you can do about it, but no one there to listen to you and believe in you despite how good your progress shows you're doing and have done. At a time when an addict in recovery needs someone the most, at a point where it means the difference between saving a life and ruining one. They decided the answer was to throw a person back out to the streets. All in all it turned out to be a blessing in disguise though, cause I searched immediately for and found a new place where it's about as professional and up to date on everything as it gets. No wait time, not one frown or attitude, warm greetings on your way in and out, and a kiosk where you sign in and and a waiting area with a big screen tv and music playing while you wait. And they call your number almost immediately. God is good.

Staff here are very unprofessional to outsiders, and play favoritism to only those who conform to their authoritarian style of treatment. Staff here are very unprofessional to outsiders, and play favoritism to only those who conform to their authoritarian style of treatment. Since there are no one there who can be an advocate, and/or diplomat, employees there tend to be, either, very miseducated & very outdated when it comes to over all knowledge of professional therapeutic treatment, or just down right unprofessional! The moment you start asking questions that relate to any kind of malpractice, they will black list you, being motivated by paranoia of being "thrown under the bus" of what violation are committed here. I've been in treatment since 2017, and these places have pushed me into wanting to obtain a career in the field of BH, all because of the way these facilities here in Pueblo operate (I.e., very toxically). Since the town is small, each clinic here is interrelated having family members, and/or friends working side by side, which ruins the human rights of confidentiality. What's worse is, the Doctors in these places, and the saturation of client's, makes an environment way less then "therapeutic". I've already lost several jobs/careers because of the over all negligence of the staff (I.e., having to wait in line). A lot of the employees there forget that these places were built to help, apart of the public that are already victims of neglect, and to come to a place to help relieve this neglect, which causes more neglect, creates fallacies, and only makes the whole experience not worth wanting to take, as a challenge! It is no wonder that there are so many who reject treatment. If it wasn't for me being as "tough as nails", I wouldn't have reached this far into my collegiate and scholastic career; I'm too semesters away from obtaining my associate of applied science degree in BH (42.5 credits ). I want to enter into this industry, not wanting to take anyone out of it, but to help the individuals like me who are not as resilient! It's not everyone who are the bad apples but those who cannot commit to professionalism make it worse for everyone else. I feel like these places need Reformation and need to really re-analyze how things are done at these places because already I have suffered so many scenarios of neglect, malpractice, and/or humans rights violations. Since these places were disconnected from the medical industry (70s), it is hard for clients to reach out to an advocate system like HR, or someone who could be the mediator when it comes to certain incidents that happen at these places (only a grievance system), because already I have went to so many and all they do is push you out to the next clinic, which makes it hard because you have to start all over to reach the incentive of phasing up after already being successful in the program. Right now I'm out in Colorado Springs, I've been there for quite a while, I've moved up already to almost the last phase in my treatment, my UA's come up clean, and my actions and behavior speaks for itself. I'm a full-time college student and I work part-time as a delivery driver. So anything these places have to say about me, is either hearsay, or just downright negligence, unprofessionalism, and/or low level cognitive gossip. I would love to go to a clinic that was close enough where I didn't have to travel so far away but since I'm not allowed in these places, for whatever reasons (told by a female director), which I think is illegal, I'm not able to do so. All I wish is that clients like me are treated with respect, fairness, and true professionalism, And to not be discarded because nobody knows what to do. Hopefully no one else has to go through what I have went through these last past 6 years here in Pueblo. Like I said I'm a high-valued client I've reached phase five I take home weekly take homes and I'm about to move up every other week take homes I'm very hyper focused proactive and resilient when it comes to having to deal with other people's behaviors. Hopefully somebody can read this and understand where my motivation comes from. Thank you to all who read!

Best clinic I've been to. Staff and administration are great
Intake was a breeze. If you want help, and MAT is something you want to utilize, try this place.

I really liked Colorado Treatment services. It was one of the few places I went to in Pueblo that left me with a positive feeling. The front office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the nurses are great. Great experience -- five stars all the way!

I'm going to miss so many people here when I go next week this has to be the best dose center in the whole world. I'm a person here not just another number or junkie. I was on pain pills for years and was cut cold turkey and went to a center in springs that was a complete joke no confidential life there everyone including counselors talk about patients but this place is so wonderful I wish I could uproot all the employees and take them with me I'll never forget all the smiles every employee has they do make the best of it for everyone you are not afraid to say anything regardless of what it is even shameful things my counselor has been the most understanding guy ever and has worked with me so much I jumped phases so fast it crazy when the one I came from I knew people still on phase that you take Saturday and Sunday home for two years and have not gone up and don't do side drugs at all. I have to move for work and housing it's to much here and my car was stolen twice in one week and the week prior to that my wallet was stolen and I was able to cry and vent and got compassion from who I spoke to it made me feel better even after bad issues. I recommend this place if you want to change your life not just for a methadone high I have been treated with amazing respect and heart from all of the employees and my son even likes to stop in with me to say hello and get a cup of coffee I'm going to miss everyone the people who throw fits for rules be glad they are not like springs center they would have barred you from dosing so be kind these people are amazing. A ex coworker just started here so seeing a outside face when I come in is nice too. And my son forgot his phone one day and I want to say thank you to whoever grabbed it and gave it to the desk and that the workers Anne and Echo for keeping it safe till we stopped in again thank you all it's a $200 phone
So we all can't have good days and we all make mistakes we are only human if you pay out of pocket for your dose get and keep your receipt it helps stop confusion and puts truth to your words be a adult about it don't throw fits it get us no place when agression is used it make you look bad and almost like your wanting a fix. I'm just being honest there and truth hurts but we are only human and not one of us is better then the other we are all damaged remember that when you bump into some one hard and don't give a squat if you hurt them I can think of a hundred ways to make life hard at the center but they don't do it so be nice keep track bring a folder with your take home box and keep your receipts there for safe keeping to clear confusion of when you might have paid some or might not have paid it's called being a responsible adult and it's part of treatment being responsible for your own actions and not someone babysitting your actions and sweeping up the mess these people work to help us not against us there are rules that they inform you at your intake you sign papers about it we get sent home papers because some of us are under influences that's do mess up judgement they are really here for us just think about it please.
Thank you everyone ❤️ for your help with this matter in my life I fully appreciate everything that's been done and and you will not be forgotten at all and my Son says thank you for seeing him there the other place never noticed him let alone say hello to him and you all did this I'm going to miss you all even counselors I never spoke to but you all always had a smile it's a great way to start your day being told hello and then have a good day when you leave and im sure the next clinic won't even come close to how you all are here. Best of luck on your journeys when I leave I'm glad you all where part of mine
