I’ve been a patient here for almost 5 months and have been treated with respect since the day I got there.

I was reffered here after a hospital stay in 2013 (not addiction related). It was great back then. I had an amazing therapist and psychiatrist (for meds)but it definitely has gone downhill since covid. Only a few good staff members left. TERRIBLE communication and followup and terrible psych. She did not give a cr@p about how i was doing...more concerned about training muliple interns. She never followed up where she was supposed to and i had to chase down staff and leave MANY messages before...

I think it's pretty insane that this particular establishment is hosting a day for overdose awareness when in fact they are mostly responsible for the drug use in our city. Dr. Page H in particular is responsible for over perscribing many, many patients. If you are going to hold a day of overdose awareness maybe you should have your practictioners stop over medicating patients.

Man this place is horrible to work for. Unless you sleep With the supervisor Brittany plan on a quick tenure here. If you’re a patient. You’re just a number to get paid. Run.

They give DRUGS to people who abuse and SELL THEM. you can report the patients for selling tbeor medications and they do nothing. They are no more than legal drug dealers

This place is a joke. The staff here, unhelpful, rude, and don’t have your best interest at heart. Your rights as a patient will be violated, avoid this place at all costs.

Not a very good place to go if you have ptsd started out with a good Counselor.. Then turn into c*** . Went to get lab done was verbally assaulted. Lie to not only that, they went against hippa law. And nothing was ever done about it. I tried to change to a different counselorThey made me go back there to a place. I was very fearful about had a panic attack. Ty to one of the patients there and his counselor fir helping me through that ..very greatful to you

Awful scheduling, horrid communication skills among staff. Getting an appointment properly is less likely than winning a Nobel peace prize. Don't bother leaving messages, they never get answered or relayed properly, save your breath for something useful. Between phone-tag, miscommunication, several unrelated messages, uncaring staff who yawn on the phone and refuse to work even in the slighest to do what they're paid to do, disregard for client preferences and situational circumstances, I thi...
