Anyone doing any legal work to investigate what needs to improve? Looks like years pass and still same treatment of people who just want to feel better and be treated with respect but are not. Rather it sounds like a place that treats people as being stuck in a holding cell. For how much the stay costs, the inside is depressing and doesn’t give off rehabilitative environment vibes along with lack of staff with better qualifications rather than very young baby sisters who likely hospital doesn...

Don’t get me wrong. I hate that we have to call to refill our medicine, and that we have to call every time to make a following appointment. Being depressed, it’s hard to be motivated to help yourself. So I don’t understand why this hospital won’t make a following appointment without the need for me to call the outpatient center every single time I see my psychiatrist. I just think you guys could help us a little more. I used to have Adel who was awful! She never asked me about how I was doin...

My outpatient experience at CBH has always been smooth and consistent. Trying their best to accommodate during a nationwide shortage has helped my peace of mind. I have never had an issue with insurance nor any staff. Great people doing great things!

I checked myself in for depression, caused by a terrible family situation. My solution for depression was drinking. Although I checked myself for treatment with a psychiatrist, I received virtually no help from the doctor. However, I did leave far more healthy than I entered. My interaction with all of the staff in 4 north, as well as fellow patients/peers went along way, and helping my recovery from depression and drinking. Thank You CBH/K/C/J and so many more of y’all with the exception of...

My doctor Dr Anthony Quesada is the best!! He cares so much how you are as an actual person and takes time with you. He is very knowledgeable and also informative and lets me know the pros and cons and why I actually need or don’t need certain medications. He’s wonderful!

After being a mental health patient with different hospitals for many years. I thought the transition of changing hospitals for mental health needs would be nerve wrecking. So far Chicago Behavioral Hospital has been great.

My stay was horrific. What a waste of time and MONEY. This "mental health service" consisted of RUDE and unaccommodating staff who are untrained to assist in medical work. They gave me wrong medication almost every time. I have special dietary needs and it was finally adjusted on my 7th day. I stayed 8 days. It's NOT a recommended hospital and I am letting my insurance company know. DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL! It set my "skills" back; erased them.

TERRIBLE! I got out of there two months ago and when I call to make an appointment to talk about my meds, LIKE THEY TOLD ME TO, they don't know what I'm talking about. I can't be without these meds, they help me a lot, but the people on the phone are completely rude and talk to me like I'm stupid. Well, If they told me who exactly to call I wouldn't have to call me email several times before someone finally does their job and calls me back., This isn't a joke. I'm glad the employees don't hav...
