The primary issue we've had with this facility is that there is such a high turnover rate amongst providers that consults and referrals are in a constant state of confusion. This makes getting the consults difficult and having them approved prior to appointments and covered by "care in the community" very difficult. These consults seem to just disappear between the scheduling of appointments and the payout by Tricare and reimbursement for travel. Another issue is the wait time to speak, by ph...

Very difficult to get appointments especially dental or vision. The VA is the worst healthcare in the country, veterans deserve much better. Extremely difficult to get any help.

I've driven up here countless times from the front range for orthopedics, vaccinations, blood work, MRI, and urology. Mostly ortho which has been nothing short of an outstanding experience. Always helpful and always with a smile. They've come a long way in the last 10 years. Most of these negative reviews I'm reading lie with the patient themselves--ignorance, lack of effort, and zero integrity.

My PCP yelled at me today. A doctor behaved this way. I've told this system I've had back problems since 2009, and now I have degenerative diseases I will have for the rest of my life. And they still are not helping me. They should close every VA hospital. It's not Healthcare. They ruin people's lives. Well, now they're saying everyone has a degenerative spine. Easy to say when you ignore veterans health concerns for 14 years.

They are pretty good about timeliness, which is very rear for a VA The staff are dope to. All in all love it. YEAH

The only thing more frustrating than being seen an hour late after getting 5 separate reminders to show up early, is having to wait for someone finish playing video games on their mobile phone while waiting for travel reimbursement. It'd be one thing if it was lunch time, but it wasn't. It'd be another if they were in another room taking a break from back breaking paperwork, but they sat at the window. Beyond this is the regular flow of people who don't care about your experience, who don't ...

I’ve just (this week) become enrolled at the VA after 30 years of work and care at civilian facilities. As I’m getting older, I’m developing health problems that come along with age. It’s been quite difficult getting care now (civilian), even making appointments, so I have been beyond thrilled with the care I’ve received from the VA in just a few days. Not only is the care excellent but everybody has gone out of their way to hook me up with and coordinate the care that I need - quite a new ex...
