I would give zero stars if that was a choice. We applied for services in Feb 2023. We have had no follow-up and multiple phone calls and emails have been ignored. I filed a complaint with the Director and still nothing. We did however receive a bill for the intake appointment. I have reached out to multiple organizations for assistance for my cousin that is learning disabled and they all give me the same answer. "Unfortunately you have to use Chesapeake Integrated Behavioral Health to apply f...

Same day access did not mean same day access-appointment they offered me was taken by the time I ended intake. Two hours driving (half an hour each way for two people) wasted. They are often not taking new clients.

My children and I absolutely adore everyone at CIBH! From the security guards, to front desk, to therapists and medication providers, everyone always greets us with a big smile and are incredibly understanding. I've had to cancel appointments at the last minute and they not only rescheduled right away, but showed genuine concern and kindness to our situation. With the therapists, each of my children see different therapists and it's like they were hand picked for my kids. They instantly click...

Destroyer of families. This place should be shut down nobody’s interested in doing their job. Whoever’s in charge has let the place become completely overrun by people that want to work from home or not work at all. If someone has THE most severe mental health problem that you can have, and a developmental disability and is UN medicated thanks to CIBH I am not quite sure how that person is supposed to be able to make all of their own decisions, schedule appointments etc. especially when they ...

Marino falvo is very unprofessional as a licensed therapist do not trust her. She’s very condescending in her approach, she’s not attentive at all she is unconcerned. I told her I didn’t like her and she took it personally not professionally by sending a letter stating she didn’t see anything wrong with me but I’ve been seen by trained / licensed psychiatrist saying other for 15 plus years. I’m crazy not stupid! Remember the name not to be seen by (marina falfo)

Being that I have worked In healthcare for 16 years at the #1 trauma center I have never experienced anything like this. From the time you walk in this place is so unprofessional. I under stand they have a lot of patients. However, the staff needs to understand these patients have mental health issues. The way I have seen this place talk to their patients has me lost for words. People need compassion even if they are in the wrong. This place needs to learn to think “outside the box” and ...

So I called a little over two months ago, I called to see if I could set up an appointment and I never got a call back. I am not even sure how they got my address information (which was wrong on the letter but my mailman knows me). I get a bill from them a few days ago for $180... I never even talked to these people and never signed any paperwork. what the heck... please for your own good, listen to these reviews and look elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. First off, you have to walk in for your first appointment. You have to be there before the place opens and hope you won't be turned away if other people got there before you. Then you have to wait hours after being let in for the walk in appointment to actually be seen. Luckily, the day of my walk in appointment I was seen. 2 and a half hours after arriving. Then the actual visit was through a television meeting, essentially through Skype. The doctors are not even all t...
