Clients will participate in treatment plans that include psychoeducation, individual therapy, family therapy, different therapeutic activities, cognitive behavioral therapy, 12-step programs, contingency management, interventions, motivational enhancement, and mental health counseling. Inpatient treatment at Chapel Hill Medical Detox can last anywhere from one month to six months depending on the pace at which each client moves through their recovery program. Chapel Hill does accept several different types of health insurance and forms of self-pay.
