If I can give this place negative stars I would. My mother has been sent to this place after being in the hospital. This place sucks. I got a call from a caseworker (not my mothers caseworker) from this place and this women just gave me a bunch of phone numbers to call to get information about my mother. I have been calling everyday for a week now and I either get the dial tone or I speak to someone and they say hold on / one moment and then hang up on me. I don't know the status of my mother...

I can't even begin to talk about how bad this facility is. I had a loved one sent to this facility from a hospital. He was not given access to anything, including his phone. He was never given any clean clothes to change into after showers and was not allowed to have anyone bring him clean clothes. He was sent there with no shoes for his entire stay. He had a mental health plan in place before even going to this facility but they never took that into account. He had an appointment set up...

Came here on a Baker's Act in 2022 and didn't even know what it was. No one informed me what this was and just told me that I wouldn't be able to leave after signing papers like a detained animal. The psychiatrist talks to you on Zoom for not even five minutes to declare if you're mentally fit to leave with surface-level questions that don't address the issues of why you're there to begin with or help to manage them. He didn't even look at the camera and was clearly typing on a computer work...

The place was clean, I can definitely say that. The food was expected to not be so good immediately got nauseous for it. The first 10 minutes I was there the lady asked me if I have trouble sleeping, I said yes and while I was having an anxiety she immediately gave me meds. Didn’t say the side affects or anything. I wasn’t appreciative that they gave me drugs that quickly. Never really got to talk to the doctors. They never communicated about my issues, they just heard that I was depressed an...

I tried to call my boyfriend after being informed that i could make phone calls but nobody would answer the phone. the sweet supervisor lady who did answer and helped me, gave me two possible extension numbers and told me she was going to phone me to reception but i did not get there. i sat on the ringing phone for about 5 minutes to no avail. they get one phone call a day, say we can contact patients, then don’t answer. unfortunate

If I could I would give this place a 0. First of all, when you go in the place smells horrible. They do not give you any orientation about what is going to happen at all. Once you go in, they have you sign a paper with your info without telling you, that once you do it, you are not allowed to get out of the place without being seen by a psychiatrist. The wait time was long hours, and it is not up to you if you want to go to another inpatient or outpatient facility. The staff was extremely rud...

I wish no stars was an option! This place is honestly hell on earth. No better way to describe it then that. I received what I assumed they thought was care back in 2015. They held me for I believe 5 days and almost refused to let me leave after that. I didn't receive care. In fact I was imprisoned. And refused to be released. Everyday they told me I would be leaving that day. I lost count the amount of times I was lied too. At the time I was taking birth control and you are suppose to take i...
