Upper management lacks cohesiveness, mixed messages and favoritism rule. CEO leads by fear, publicly humiliates staff and is moody and temperamental. The culture does not encourage staff to grow and learn, it's more like follow orders or else. Co- workers are nice and try to do their job but it's almost impossible when your supervisor doesn't have your back. No room for advancement unless you're willing to be a sell out. Your job is always expendable and they do not value your time and effort...

I love this Treatment center. Been here twice. The staff is wonderful. I got exactly what I needed there . Counseling, case management , group therapy, educational groups , sober networking. I learned here I could find a new way to live my life and I'm a much better person after my back to back residential stays at this wonderful place!!

I want to express my overwhelming gratitude for CCAT today! On this date 3 years ago I crawled into the doors of the "Cathouse" A very broken 37 year old boy. Through the very caring and loving support of so many employees and volunteers there I have become a man. I haven't found the need to pick a drink or a drug since that day! My life is unbelievable today and it all started with CCAT! I continue to use this place as a resource for my recovery through the peer mentor program and alumni pro...
