My daughter was admitted to Ceadar Crest Monday evening and on Tuesday when I got to speak with her she asked if I could go pick her up because she witnessed Nurse Tiffany in Unit 5 hit a girl named TT. So if your daughter is in Unit 5 I would ask her about that situation. When I brought it up them at Cedar Crest they turn it around and say kids like to say stuff like that to leave. My daughter wasn’t forced to go there it was her choice to see if they could help her but instead she was afra...

I read a lot of the bad reviews and found them erroneous. I was just released from this facility this morning after a 10 day stay and it was an absolute pleasure, as much as a rehab can be, anyway. The staff were very nice, the food delicious and the medical staff professional and competent. Would recommend.

My daughter was brought home yesterday because they say she was done with the treatment and was only there about 3 weeks and came back home worst. She was sent home with a fractured knee regardless how she got it she should of being treated before bringing her home like that. I also received a call and she also told me she was knocked down by a 6ft worker/nurse and she fainted. What is going on instead of helping my daughter. We are now at the ER treating her knee. She said this place never h...

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. When I went in for mental health treatment I came out worse. I had severe ptsd and severe anxiety about strangers and I can’t go to doctors or to the ER without freaking out because of it being too similar. PLUS they don’t respect transgender kids. They will deadname the kids and disrespect them the whole time. They will make fun of kids in distress and make them feel worse and when a female is on their period they straight up jus call them out!! They d...

This place is not fit for a rabid animal. I wouldn't put my dog here if he had rabies. There are foreign objects in the food. I'm talking hair, paper, and BUGS. there were LITERAL BUGS in the food. I stayed here in 2021. The staff were unprofessional and rude. I stayed in unit 5 with a girl who was epileptic. She had a seizure and a staff member said "What a good performance!" her name was Carol by the way. Ugh. I pray to God that she doesn't work there anymore because she was so mean. I look...

There's not a lot to say after reading all the other horrible reviews. If you want to know what Cedar Crest is all about scroll down. Everything starts with leadership and the reviews are just a reflection of the lack of leaders in this facility. The culture is toxic and has not changed in years and will not change anytime soon. "Leaders" don't care if their own staff hates them. I'm sorry for the patients that did not get the care that they need. From a parent to another parent DO NOT send ...

DONT GO HERE. As a patient that was here around 2 years ago, I really wish I wouldve listened to the reviews. I was sent here during the worst time in my life and I only got to talk to a therapist once my whole stay. It’s not a hospital. It felt like juvenile prison to me. Things were gross, water was limited, and there was little support provided from a place that is supposed to help you when you really need it. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, nurses were loud during the night, and ...

Took my son here. I thought they were going to help. That is very wrong; the only thing that got help is getting paid by the insurance company. He was drugged up while there and confused. The doctor didn't assist with the paperwork needed. The social worker knew he didn't have an outside provider or wouldn't get his medications. No referrals were made or nothing to continue outside treatment. He came out worse than he went in. Sad to write, but the reviews are genuine. Piss poor. He left ther...
