The Pathways location in Rochester offers both outpatient treatments and medication-assisted treatment to help their clients through the withdrawal phase. Though they may work with clients struggling with other drug abuse conditions, Pathways specializes in working with men and women suffering from opioid use disorders. These clients will have access to Methadone, Vivitrol, or Suboxone. Other available substance abuse services include varying types of therapy. The goal at this specific facility is to address withdrawal symptoms and help clients manage them so that they are able to commit to a rehab program. The biggest threat to men and women who have abused prescription pain medications, heroin, or other opioids is a relapse because of the painful and uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms. With the help of MAT, clients are better able to commit to a program and focus on their recovery journey without the threat of relapse or overdose.

I just left detox and am being transferred to one of their facilities early next week for impatient. The bad reviews are absolutely not true and appalling. Their food is good, especially their macadamia nut cookies. Everyone cares that works there. People have to want to work a program and get help. It is really that simple. You get your own personal TV, they encourage you to get well, and I thought the food was great. They even have a gym. My phone was completely dead and they searched for a...

Excellent place. It depends where the person is in wanting to get sober. Just like any facility in that respect. Unfortunately I have had to be at all of Rehabs, detoxes, and hospitals in Rochester. So I can say with experience, THE BEST detox center AND rehab in the area. The detox has walk-ins. Just show up as early as you can. The rehab you can call ahead and schedule a check-in day and time. I found it easier to do a walk in for detox and then transfer to rehab. If you are so badly of tha...

Came here after a phone evaluation and many discussions. Went in at 7am today for 8am (9/23/21) After waiting for an hour and a half and filling out an amazing amount of paper work, I was told they could not treat me there because they don't have the proper medicine. What kind of detox center says this to someone? In short, go someplace else and do not waste a second of your time with these people. They should be ashamed of themselves for even having detox on their services. Absolutely ...

Very unclean. Most people are friendly, but there are a few workers who are extremely rude. Their seems to be absolutely no communication between anyone here. My counselor Janice absolutely terrible. She has done nothing to actually counsel me. She just gives me paperwork and then asks me what I want to do. Not to mention the food is terrible. It's basically like if you you put prison and a hospital in a blender.

This place will be under investigation, the worst resource, Lack of leadership and poor communication is sending people to the streets, impossible to get help for several active alcoholics and addicts who I have referred personally. Helio tells active alcoholic and drug addicts that they are available 24 hours a day, arrive at facility by 8am, when the sick and dying show up at 8am there told the beds are full. They don’t even discharge clients until 9:30 -10 am. They lie, when it’s convenien...

I did like this place until they sent me a bill for $750, I pay for it back in December with a money order a few weeks after being there. I even tracked the money order to make sure it was cashed by them and it was. Now they have been sending me the same bill for the same amount of money. Every time I call or my Fiancé calls, we leave messages to the billing department and nobody calls us back. If this hits my credit report, we are going to have real issues!!!!

As far as I saw..this place is terrible. When people have an addiction some might argue that the actual problem is coping. You can't cope here when you're first day you hear the technicians mocking you. I was, told the counselor was nice but the techs.. by what I was told by my,friend i brought in..they just discourage people getting better. And they poke fun..the doctor I was told said to my friend.." Well I'm not suprised you're back" and then it was decided no business would be given to thi...

If I could give less than one star I would. I called about detox services and when they asked which substance, an opiate, they literally laughed at me on the phone and said no we don’t offer detox for that, only certain substances.. that is fine, except addiction is no laughing matter and if someone calls for help, please do not laugh at them
