Absolutely unbelievable. My wife went there for treatment and they specifically told me over the phone that it would be for 2-3 days. They said I could definitely pick her up Thursday or Friday. I’ve now been informed that it will be at least a week, AND they want me to pay for 7 days. My wife hasn’t even spoken to a doctor yet and somehow they know it’ll be seven days. She was admitted at 10 AM and they didn’t feed her until almost 8PM. She called me that evening high as a kite on something ...

This place is horrible! They have zero communication. My husband is currently inpatient here and I have had no updates on his care. I have left several messages for the therapist, nurses desk and even left a message for HR. One girl who is in training finally called me back and knew nothing. She said she would leave a message for his care team to contact me and I have not heard back. They refused to transfer him to another facility. At this point I think I am going to need to get lawyers inv...

Really helped me get back on my feet. Very intelligent doctors and nice therapists. Food was about a 6-7/10. A lot of down time, but groups helped keep us active during the day. Cigarettes are allowed. Most of the staff was calm and courteous and helped us stay grounded in our recovery. Made great friends on the "inside". I've been to about 7 different psych hospitals over the course of my life. This was probably the best one. Thank you all so much.

Do not send your family here! They NEVER answer the phones when trying to get an update and do not return calls when messages are left. I saw my loved one on Tuesday for the scheduled visiting time. Since I could get NO ONE to answer a phone or call me back, I luckily got a counselor to answer. I asked how my loved one was. She said hold on and put me on hold. The next thing the floor supervisor picks up the phone and proceeds to tell me that my loved one was no longer there. Sent to hospita...

I did in patient-PHP and IOP . I think the therapist are all very competent and they show care for you . The staff was all really nice and accommodating. Honestly my only complaint is the food as is really bad and to be hospital food should be a priority as it does have a huge deal to do with health. The food was not healthy but the portions where really small . I see some reviews here saying there are fights and I honestly don’t know what they where expecting they have people detoxing, suici...

I’m in crisis' so I finally got enough strength today to drive to Carrollton Springs hospital unfortunately I was refused an assessment due to me having my minor grandchild in my care @ the time I got the strength to go!!! But God, I’ve had a previous issue with the disclosure of paperwork in the past when I was in outpatient ! However because the program facilitators and people that were present at that time really helped me in that crisis I decided that that was my only objective!!! to “get...

This facility has failed on many fronts. They state different timelines - on the phone they say 3-5days (not true) the average stay is 7-10 days. You cannot leave once you are admitted unless the psychiatrist allows it! Bottom line as an adult you have no freedom once you are signed in. Dangerous for young woman as they do not have protocols for male advances and can leave you feeling unsafe. Promises made by staff that go unfulfilled and no accountability is taken. This facility is not prope...

The food at the facility apparently has gone a little down according to other patients who had visited this facility more than once. For instance, a single slice of cheese pizza per adult. The other thing I noticed is that the facility isn't compensating their staff well enough. The staff works four 10 hour days, and make less than 40k a year. This is shameful as the people helping with mental health crisis's should be able to live off one job, and have the money to afford to have a life out...
