I went twice, the first day is always hard. first nights worse. The staff is decent, the nurses, kind. BUT if i, the resident. asks you to crack my door because the light is right outside my door and y’all won’t shut up w the scream talking at night. and yall say yes. DO NOT open my door to get my beacon and then not crack it back. they could see me from where they were sitting, the other techs also said it was insane that she did that. like she pushed my door w the ipad it opened all the way...

I recently left my position as a Maintenance Tech at Carolina Dunes, and I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts about my time there, particularly my experience working under the guidance of my supervisor, Jonathan. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside Jonathan, who not only proved to be a dedicated and capable leader but also an exceptional teacher. His wealth of knowledge in the maintenance field was evident, and he consistently went above and beyond ...

They really helped my 15 year old daughter. I appreciate all the staff. Especially the nurses. She was smiling when I picked her up and was glowing. A completely different little girl. Thank you for everything.

I was voluntary inpatient and it was terrible. The nurse roachelle didn’t care about anyone’s health and lied about consent for medication from my parents. I’m a type 1 diabetic too so it’s hard for me to control when they don’t let me have any say in my health when I’ve known what do. The food is terrible and will make you lose a few pounds due to not eating it or throwing up. You only see your therapist once a week and don’t really get any treatment, just medication. You’re in your rooms mo...

Nurse Rochelle and her not caring about anyone or anything was most of my problem. She lied about meds she was giving me and also told other patients business to patients. Also Jessica m. Also was a big problem walking into work high consistently and cussing children out for no reason and lying. But nurse Kenzie was a very amazing nurse and was helpful through situations also Mrs Shae and ms Carley and ms Katlyn they were all very helpful.

Sorry excuse for a facility. You promote better health on the website but don’t wanna help families regardless of mental illness. You’re a joke you got your degree off the back of a cereal box. Mental illness is mental illness you cannot be picky when it comes to better health good job morons. Maybe your facility wouldnt be like one flow over the cookoos nest if you did your jobs. And didn’t just accept a paycheck. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Happy holidays idiots!

ProTip: SEVERAL (like tooo many for coincidence) of the 5 Star "Wow they're Great" reviews posted in the last two years were submitted by upper management .
