I luckily was able to stay at this place very last minute the staff was very sweet and caring. I am a pescatarian and have been one for 12 years and they tailored my meals according to my diet they made sure I was fed. They made sure that the environment was very Clean and also also made sure that I felt safe. I have been to multiple hospitals where this wasn’t reinforced and it really made a huge difference for me.

do not recommend this place. Don't really take your children there, instead of getting better they get worse. They lock them up and don't help them, the doctor never sees them. They just have them watching TV and painting. and the only day the doctor sees them is the day they are going to leave. and if you see it, it is to tell you to stay as a volunteer, if you don't stay, you won't get the medicine you need. but they are good for squeezing out your insurance. Then they have them with...

Please do not let your loved ones be taken to this place. My daughter was taken here after having an anxiety attack at school. Fortunately we were able to get to speak to her regularly during her stay. Someone we did NOT get to speak to during the entirety of her stay after numerous attempts was the doctor. We had questions about the medications they wanted to give that went unanswered. The only people that reached out to speak to us were the billing department. When we told them we wanted to...

NEVER go here, it will only leave you traumatized and feeling worse. Only good thing this place offers is the decent food (which isn’t even healthy) and SOME of the nurses, that make you feel special. It’s filthy in that entire ‘hospital’. A used diaper was in my room and ants were in the bathroom. Doctors are emotionless and don’t properly access you, nor do they care about you. (Heavily directed towards Dr Deshmuk) They’ll also keep you longer than you need to. Nurses at the front are too b...

My husband was there and they only allowed him to bring in one extra change of clothes and a hoodie and the clothes he had on. They also didn’t let him wear his hat but 2 other people in there had hats on. It says you can bring you own toiletries but they took it from him. They also only have 2 shower times that they can shower if you miss both times during the day you can’t shower that day. Don’t tell people to bring their stuff if you are gonna take it away and not let them use it or let t...

My mother is currently there and the nurses in her unit (2A) are children. They are loud and horse play whenever I’m on the phone with my mom. For the most part though, they don’t answer the phone because they’re lazy. They are rude and intimidating to patients. I can hear them yelling and cursing at patients. There’s also some sort of extortion going on as I can hear them pressuring patients to find out who has money. Disgusting behavior. My mother isn’t being treated properly. I contacted a...

My Daughter has been here multiple times due to her mental health. I’ve had a lot of questions regarding this place and when my daughter came out one of the times she had a bruise on her. My daughter told me that they had given her a butt shot all because she asked for something to eat. After reading all these reviews and hearing similar things it’s time to hire a lawyer and get this investigation process going. As of today My daughter is refusing medical help for all sorts of places and now...

Went here in 2020. Just wanted to say if you can prevent your children from going her - do it. This place traumatized me more than it helped me. I remember my stepmom commenting on my appearance when I was discharged that I looked like a zombie. They don’t help you here, they “stabilize” you and discharge you. “Stabilize” you meaning they put you on countless medications to make you emotionally dead. Please seek a therapist before a mental hospital. Trust me.
