Absolute paradise compared to places I've been. I was so afraid to stay and commit, but after 7 days I didn't want to leave. I will definitely pay it forward to this organization, you get in to it if you're willing to do basic things. The groups are therapudic and optional, you're fed well, you can have leisure and gosh, I am so thankful for the support. Go to the groups, be open, be you and you will be loved. No matter how far down the scale you're falling, this is a team of individuals who ...

When they turn people away that are begging for help with detoxing from alcohol??? That’s why people commit suicide. Not very responsible. My son put his life in the Bridges hands screaming for help from inside and you turn him away?? I still can’t wrap my head around this and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was good and friendly, the food was alright but loaded with snack and munchies, no caffeine on the unit which was more difficult. The groups were okay some of them were thought provoking. There is plenty to do to stay busy being stuck on the small unit so that was my favorite part about it.

I had a wonderful detox experience here. With the exception of one red headed nurse that had a bad attitude, the staff was so kind and helpful. They provided me with all the resources I needed, and being there really motivated me to take the next steps after leaving. It’s been one year since I stayed and I can proudly say that I am still sober and happy and I credit the bridge for giving me a strong start ❤️

Beautiful renovated building literally under a bridge. I go here for Sunday morning Hope and wake up Sunday early to be there at 9am. I would suggest getting there 15 before the meeting to get a seat as they fill up fast and see all the friendly faces and drink the rocketfuel for coffee.

The experience was great. I was able to help someone very important to me to make a positive change in their life. I chose this place due to the verbal communication through my network of friends. Not by any reviews I read or posting I found or even blogs. I stand true in nature to post first had experience through either doing thing myself or being in direct contact of someone who is going through it. So, this is Day 1. We did the check in was able to take 5 to 7 days of clothing and toiletr...

My husband went there to detox. He finally made the decision. He said he was never checked on once when he was there. There was no therapy during his stay. He was never told when lunch or dinner would be served when he first went in. Was never alerted when it was ready. He said you could pretty much do anything you wanted. He said it's sad when you get checked on more in the bull pen in jail. Finally a counselor came and talked to him when he said he wanted to check out. Then she was like wh...

I recently checked myself into detox here for 3-4 days. I have been going strong since. All of the staff had plenty of patience and treated me with personable respect and kindness. I'm very grateful. With the utmost respect, thank you for what you all do.
