Benefits

The social workers and staff, such as Daniela and Rhonda, are caring, knowledgeable, and communicative.

Specific staff members, like Mrs. Ciara, go above and beyond to care for the residents.

Communication from caring staff members has been described as excellent and nurturing.

I was terrified of the idea of placing my 10 YO child at an in-patient program. I was so impressed with the social worker and staff. We had Daniela the social worker and she was extremely caring and devoted to my son. She is extremely knowledgeable and communicative which makes all the difference to the parents! 💙 Rhonda is wonderful, too! Communication was excellent and she is a warm, nurturing person. Thank you so much. Cons: I gave an envelope for my son to someone at the front desk an...

i was there from march 7th to april 2nd. i was placed in 5 south, which is considered the "general" unit. there were many aggressive kids there that were treated like normal. they would turn their heads when a fight happened. when someone would cry, they would put us in the sensory room or give us shots to shut us up. i was having a panic attack and instead of doing something, they placed me in the boys side's day room. i also never went outside. 5 south, in particular, never went outside. i ...

Stay away from this place! At the time last week this was the only place that had an open bed therefore no choice for our 14 yr. old. Professional, safe & caring! Absolutely NOT! Horrible staff! As I read responses from prior negative experiences I see in return the text book "consoling" statements for the public to read and think the problems are being resolved. STOP with insults! I am on this platform because while on a visit Sunday there was an alleged incident of an almost sexual assau...

whatever rating is good they are lying. this place is absolutely terrible. they encourage violent behavior and turn their heads the other way. use foul language towards and in front of the kids. don’t restrict inappropriate content on the tv. the staff seems untrained and unprofessional. they need to get their staff in check and make them go through training to know how to handle mental health crisis’. definitely gonna be taking more actions. this place needs shut down. reopen when you learn ...

Came here to treat my depression and anxiety in the adolescent unit in December of 2023-January 2024 and stayed here for almost 2 weeks. I would not recommend. Not the most horrible place ever but definitely not the place for getting better. There were times I would be crying and we had no kind of therapist to talk to. I also got constantly threatened and swung on the head by this one kid and staff barely did anything about it. Where are the safety precautions? Why are violent kids NOT in t...

I almost died here. Please for the love of god, do not ever go here. If I could have rated 0 stars I would have. Edit: I was beaten up by a group of kids here and was stabbed in the stomach with a self made shank. I remember waking up in a hospital bed, I have alot of trauma from the place and it didn't help with my mental health at all. I remember coming home terrified and didnt want to do anything for several weeks. This place isn't a place to send someone who you want to help. It's a plac...

This hospital staff is garbage . They don’t care for patients or the safety of their community. Crystal (krystle) a case manager for my brother called my mother today to say he was saying he was sending a cousin to my House to kill me . You would think as medical mental health professionals they would know this patient is a danger to himself and others and instead of problem solving they call family members to alert and annoy family members . She should be terminated .

I stayed in the adult unit in the summer. This place is horrible. NEVER send anyone you care about to this place!!! The staff do not care about patients, are very rude and male staff flirt and make advances to the female patients. I was given A DIFFERENT PATIENT'S MEDICATION and expected to take it thank god i check everything because i do not trust these people! It is very dangerous place. Men and women are not separated and anyone can come in your room at any time they want. The staff chang...
