I have revised my rating. They Have a few new Physicians and a few others have left this location, making things SO MUCH BETTER. Dr.Lamb is a great Doctor who cares and truly wants people to succeed in their recovery. The staff are so nice. ..I wish some of the patients would be more polite, courteous and SIMPLY HAVE PATIENCE (especially considering they are helping SAVE OUR LIVES!!!). BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BHG FOR MAR [medication assisted recovery. Thank You for your time~ ☆

I have been a patient at BHG Frankfort for a month and have had great experience. I attempted to transfer to Lexington as it is closer to me. My intake appointment I was left in the lobby (that looks like a jail booking lobby) for over 2 hrs with zero progress in the intake...literally made copies of my ID and insurance and that's it. I overheard at least 10 people being turned away from dosing for various reason that day and seemed like almost everyone was combative like they are miserable w...

Would not recommend. The methadone they’re toting out feels like a cheap generic; simply put it doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. BHG wasn’t always like this either, not sure what happened to the integrity of their medicine over the past half year.

My former clinic shutdown. BHG called me to notify that it had shutdown (I had no idea) and asked if I wanted to continue with the same doctor at bhg that I was using at the other clinic. I was asked if I could do a intake that takes 20 minutes. This was on a Tuesday. I was busy so at work not expecting the call. She told me she could call at 1230 on my lunch. I arranged my lunch to be able to accept the call. She never did call and I tried calling back 3 times to no avail. I calle...

I should've done this sooner! Don't be discouraged by the negative comments!!!!!!! each person is different. Miss Nora truly cares about people and has helped me so much. Tasha makes me laugh every day when she checks me in. Dr. Lamb is a great doctor and advocate. These people will help you out- as long as you help yourself. I haven't had one negative encounter in the 6 months I have been coming here. The thing I have to say I love most about this place is.... I'm happy today. Actually happ...

Me and my fiancé were transferring to them from Georgetown. We get there and give them our medical cards and id well she gives us back only 3 cards, my medical card is no where to be found. So within the first 10 minutes they lose my medical card and swear they don’t have it. Never even looked for it. Wouldn’t look when we asked about it. Another lady said she’s been there 3 days now trying to transfer and still can’t get in still had to end up driving back to the other clinic. There is so ma...

Out of the past 20 days I've had to miss four days of dosing due to issues of one kind or another that caused the lobby to fill up to the point where even if you had a two hour lunch break it's just not gonna happen unfortunately. I would like to come before work but I work on the other side of lexington and it's beginning to affect my treatment and sobriety due to going sick so often now. Wish this place would just upgrade their equipment and or infrastructure so this doesn't have to happen...
