This place showed my husband so much empathy and compassion. The whole staff was so helpful and friendly. They got my husband the help he needed right away and they all took the time to hear him out and make him feel like a human and not just a number. They offered us tissues when we cried and some water while we calmed down. Great and compassionate staff.

This place does not care about healing people going through mental health crisis. They will take several hours to see you for an evaluation. The waiting room is directly across the hallway from the office, so yes, you can hear them laughing about patients. I was prescribed medication for my mother's diagnosis, which I have never had signs or symptoms, and when I called to speak with the nurse, telling her i was feeling suicidal at this point and afraid to take the medication, I was placed on ...

Be careful, doctors here only care about their paychecks.. send your loved ones else where.. was on a 5150 after being in military, when I asked to be transferred to a military hospital which I had every right to do so, I was denied and told process would take to long, turns out they had already called the hospital I wanted to go to and said I had requested to stay there, then tried to get me to sign up for a payment plan to pay for the stay which, I get all my medical free from military… DON...

This place is so extremely unprofessional/ unethical. The staff are more concerned with chatting amongst themselves rather than helping their patients. My family and I arrived, and wasn’t seen for more than an hour later, when there were 2 patients in total. This place and the people that work here should be ashamed of themselves. AMY is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, as she was mocking myself and other patients

My Dr. wanted to change a medication and be monitered sp?. I found the staff to be real pros and helpfull when I had a question or problem. The food was OK, nothing special. The patients were a real mix of mental conditions, we all got along for the most part.

Horrible staff and bad service, I was violated and not feed there, and I will have a lawyer involved cause of how I was treated. They starved me, a man was creepy to me and I felt violated, and I have been full mistreated from my mental health. I have a lot of medical issues and they didn’t take to a proper er to get treatment.

First and foremost I want to thank the team here at Bayview I have come in these doors before feeling really lost and broken and really not knowing what to do. But just getting the chance to talk to someone and really hearing you out really made me feel so much better. Thank you so much for everything yeam

Very poor in service and compassion. The wait outside for a nurse a nurse never came after 15 minutes a security guard came after the search he took us to another waiting room where across the hall the staff are just talking and laughing no one said his asked how I was doing or acknowledged I was there. This is not how to be of service or welcome someone who is in crisis.
