This clinic was very accommodating to my Aunt's situation. We love the front desk staff, the nurses rock, the clinical Director gets involved, and the counselors are super supportive. We even met the Regional Director Sandra who was AMAZING!! Sandra is a Nurse and is very professional and informative. THANK YOU BATON ROUGE!!!

This place is one of the worst CTC clinics in the country , between Schantee the regional director and Mitzi the director this place has no choice but to under achieve the pace of the staff will always match the pace of management . These people look for reasons to send clients back into the streets they bring personal ego and attitude into what should be a professional place. I don’t think they grasp the fact that people are burying loved ones because of overdose due to relapse. I had a fami...

I've been back for the first time in about 18 months. It has changed in a few ways & those are: ▪︎ The wauit time is between none at all and 5-10 minutes, even on Saturday. ▪︎ You can phase up to not go on Saturday after 30 days, as opposed to 90 it used to be. (After that though, it is 90 days to phase up again) ▪︎ You check-in on the kiosk, which saves a little of confusion as far as where you're place in line is, etc. • Nobody can "hang out" in the parking lot, which has reduced the chaos ...

This place is amazing ! If you are serious about your treatment , Come here .. everyone is friendly and they care ! They all work hard to help us .. people that left a bad review are probably rude themselves , had a bad day or didn’t get their way .. This is a program so there’s rules and regulations to follow .. I appreciate everyone here THANK YOU FOR opening the doors and help me in this sober living journey.

This place works if you want to get clean. Started coming here in summer 2019. It was ran horribly. Nurses would be outside smoking 🚬 or talking with each other while only one window open dosing patients with so many ppl waiting. Use to wait 30 minutes if your lucky , but now its not like that. Windows always open. I'm on the final phase meaning I don't have to go there everyday. I go every 4 weeks. But if I fail a drug test or fail a bottle check I'll lose my phase. This place saved my life....

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. The first person you encounter is Yolanda, a very miserable saggy face woman with a 90's hard hairstyle that lets you know she's not married because no man can run their hands through her hair because it's a helmet. She has a sorry attitude to be in a recovery clinic. The disorganization alone will drive you back to doing drugs. Some of the dosing nurses are nice but Yolanda needs to be retrained or go back to working at Burger King as the ...
