This place is so unorganized always at least an hour wait. The nurses dont have a set lunch time, and they take lunch together closing down the windows for a minimum of 40 minutes. If confidentiality is important don't come here... They leave you outside in a block long line for hours with everyone who walks rides or drives by knowing you are on methadone. The women who work the front are nice, but the nurses are unnecessarily mean and look down their nose at people trying to conquer their a...

The doctors are great. So are SOME RARE FEW gems in staff. The best thing at this clinic is the childcare. That's the only reason I've stayed. The clinic is gross, always smells and is dirty. The people are just... beyond most of the time. And there are so many unprofessional staff that can really make people feel worse or out down rather than helping. Super inconsistent when it comes to meeting with counselors. Like I said some staff are truly great for being patient and sympathetic and chil...

...I've been a client here for 10+ years, and it has gotten better over the years. They are Super nice now,. And if you can get in early, the better. Work with them, and they work for you. They also have a Mental Health Program. M.W Oct 2022

The staff here are wonderful and work incredibly hard to try to make us successful in our recovery. This clinic enabled me to lead a more productive and normal life over the many years I have been with them. However, particularly since the recent change in ownership, things have gone downhill at both locations. I understand that it is a for profit business, but someone's experience at this clinic could potentially determine the overall quality of their entire life. That should always be consi...

Great staff. It is what it is as a dosing clinic. I wish they would get new computers. The computers are down every three or four weeks and they are slow. Lines and waits actually aren't that bad. Remember to stay on as low a dose as possible as it takes a lot of time to taper off methadone.

I mean ,they are service providers,as far as that goes, they do it well. It's actually MUCH better than it used to be. The staff are all courteous and helpful, some are even warm. . I think the best thing about the clinic now is that they are DOG FRIENDLY.
