Ok soooo it's been almost a year since someone stole my medication from here... they sent me to security and I left my info but never heard back. Everything is recorded!! As if that wasn't bad enough the situation caused me to go into a panic attack because I had to go through circles with my over priced insurance... but instead of helping me out they asked me if I wanted to leave so I did then asked me to not come back rudely without answering any questions! I felt so defeated because this w...

Mental health is always accepting the process and hoping for the best and quickest result. This should go without having to say the whole care team should always be trustworthy with every step on the care team staff.. this problem I'm hinting at is that while doctors were GOOD, they weren't showing up as promised (daily but only every other day). The nurses were mostly sweet but I forgive probably run down, the staff was not present for help/services at all times like really needed, if there ...

Dewey is the place to go if you need help for alcoholism or chemical dependency of any kind. They have wonderful doctors and behavioral health technicians. They have the leading doctor in Opiate research in Dr. Lance Longo. The facilities are brand new and it will be opening up by the end of the year I believe. This place saved my life. I would recommend it to anyone that needs help.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place! The Dewey Center saved my life. The people who work here are amazing and they genuinely care! I would recommend, to anyone needing help, to 100% go here! You will not regret it!! I have genuine love for the Dr.'s and Nurses here. The Dewey Center will save your life. Love, T

I agree with another reviewer - they have a couple of good overworked psychiatrists, but that is it. The staff is incredibly rude. Some of their policies - while "legal" - is morally unethical and cold hearted, especially for patients with mental illness. And you hardly get any therapy while there. This place is also disorganized - information conveyed to the nurse and staff may not always reach its appropriate destination (and you are not allowed to email). Even if the patients sign the ROI...

Every time I call I am in waiting for up to 45 minutes, and when I finally get someone on the line, I am put on hold for long amounts of time as well. Needs more workers. In addition, my former therapist,, Diana Bolmes, was very unprofessional with me. I had been a patient of hers for about a year when she discharged me for missing too many appointments. About six months later I called the main office who assured me I could get in with her again. I left her a voicemail and never heard back. T...

This message is for Dr. Pattfield. Why couldn't I get a simple explanation about how you diagnosed me as doctor, you were the first doctor that gave it to me. Why couldnt it be explained with the behavior and actions I showed that were bipolar? I just wanted this explanation to learn how I will control them better and not try to find myself doing again to make sure I was bettering my mental health. It hurts me that I wasn't respected to get an explanation on being bipolar, from time to time t...

Poor scheduling process. I called and waited on hold for over 10 minutes - with quite a few announcements telling me that everyone was busy. Then all of a sudden they change over to the office is closed. So I waited in queue for over 10 minutes for them to hang up. I have never know a call center that doesn't answer it's calls in queue. What a really poor process
