I posted a review a year ago that has been taken down. Understandable, because I was focused on my feelings instead of the bigger picture I learned some much about addiction how to treat addiction show empathy and also try to help while I was there as much as I could I feel blessed to have had that opportunity to see another side of nursing that has helped me on my current journey too all of my New Seasons patients I miss you guys love you guys and I continue to pray for you please don’t give...

If I could add zero I would. My wife and I went there for 6 years with not 1 problem all the sudden they get a new director who thinks she is God's gift to earth and looks like freak from goonies had a baby with the mom from Matilda. We left at closing time when a known heroin dealer pulls up trying to fight me (bad idea) I drug him bad police come say it was mutual combat and he was the aggressor. Next day go in to speak to director and ask what our treatment plan was and she got butt hurt b...

The people that work at this clinic are unsung heroes. They do with different kinds of people, different stories, and different things. The job is not easy, but I've noticed that they all put their heart into it. To take care of each individual, it is good to see that. I've seen a lot of good professionalism and some non professionalism. But overall, the job is not easy. Then I commend them on that keep up the good work. This is one veteran that knows what hes talking about. When he sees go...

Sylvia, the bigger lady, she's a dose nurse. She ignores orders from counselors and HATES to see anyone succeed. Does not matter your race or gender, she does not want you to succeed in this program. Neither does Deborah the counselor. I highly recommend Alicia and the other dose nurses and the drug test nurses and the shorter light skinned chunky handsome man that is either a counselor or security, I am unsure but he makes everyone smile and shows love to everyone. The doctor is also kind a...

I'm a regular patient at this facility. There is a high level of professionalism from the staff from the nurses down to the receptionist. The appointments with the Dr. Are very informative concerning all aspects of your health whether it be physical, mental or spiritual. The counseling sessions are not long however they provide you with individual steps that YOU need for YOUR recovery because WE ALL RECOVER DIFFERENT, and this clinic realizes that.

Ive been a patient for over 10 years at Augusta Metro Clinic. Ive also seen and used numerous clinics across the country. (Due to work.) This is the only clinic to this day that struggles or mostly just doesn't care about making sure their patients are set for when they guess dose. To this day i still cringe and worry until im able to dose out of town. Not to long ago I needed to G.D.for 4 days . Augusta Metro Clinic never filled out the paperwork for me. They new I would be unable to do...

This clinic is GREAT my "home clinic" is in Columbus Ga which is also a new season clinic and they are so different. They have separate windows one to pay and then a couple windows open for dosing which makes things go a lot faster and smoother compared to my home clinic where there is only one window open to pay and to dose. The staff here are so nice and friendly and seem to genuinely care about how you are doing. The only down fall is they are full so there is a waiting list to transfer f...
