Beautiful community facility offering counseling, case management, food bank, job seeking, pharmacy, cafeteria, and a variety of classes including fitness, dancing, and art (and probably more services I'm not aware of). Serving all populations, not just Asian. Remarkable art throughout the facility. Main parking lot and secondary lot across the street.

Deserves zero stars. Avoid this place. The ACRS callously, cruelly discharged me I had been a client there seeing a really good counselor until she quit the agency for 11 months. However the former counselor did not consult with me about who would be replacing her once she left. My case was assigned to some counselor who lacked: compassion, patience, caring, and overall skills. She was like talking to a tree trunk. The replacement counselor set an appointment however she was 3 1/2...

I have been taking my citizenship online classes with Mr. Louis from the Citizenship/Immigration Services department. I am so thankful with programs like this because it helps a lot of immigrant people like me who needs to study and take the Naturalization test. I passed my interview and I want to say thank you Mr. Louis and to this program for such an amazing and helpful program and free. If you need to take these types of classes, go to your nearest library they can provide you more informa...

I don't wanna talk bad about any company or business or treatment center. But I had the worst experience with one of the housing case managers (Rae)! In my opinion, he doesn't have what it takes to be a housing case manager! He made an appointment with me, and never showed up! I left several messages in 4 or 5 days but never returned my calls! he didn't return my call until I talked to his supervisor named "Kelly". He pretended like nothing happened, didn't even apologize! Basically, t...

Terrible initial call with this practice. They sent me a confidential survey asking for a brief explanation of the situation. I provided a response as wanting to get help on being able to trust more and have better long term relationship. However, at the very beginning of the 1st phone call, the consultant said we are treating for depression, right? I said no, not depression. She said she's been seeing many patients and mixed up. I totally understand, though she should not have asked that so...

DO NOT GO HERE, to keep it short and simple avoid at all cost Angela Aphayvanh I’m not sure how she got employed but the whole time I worked with her I was being attacked and forced to say more then I should, I didn’t allow that. she once’s stated “You are going to HAVE to share the way you feel or I will kick you out” she has threatened me multiple times about kicking me out and as A counselor I should feel safe and I never did with her, avoid this place at all cost, they’re are better optio...

This was quite a while ago and I’m shre many of these people are no longer working there, but I suppose it’s time. The counselors don’t know what they’re doing or how to treat clients. They have a cafe that’s kinda like an unpaid internship except, the experience you get is far more worthless than in a standard unpaid internship. In other words, you earn money for them for a $50 gift card every few weeks. I’m pretty sure Lilian Mak no longer works there but she was so petty, childish, and hi...
