The Asian American Drug Abuse Program is a non-profit addiction recovery organization, offering several levels of drug treatment programs to Asian Pacific Islanders and other under-served Asian communities. Though this specific location only offers access to outpatient programs, clients who are in need of residential care will be referred to their Los Angeles location that is able to support them. The Long Beach location offers outpatient programs to men and women over the age of 18. Treatments include comprehensive assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, drug education, case management, recovery support, and crisis interventions to name a few. Medi-Cal covers most of these programs, but AADAP will work with their clients to ensure that they are able to pay for services through financing options if that is most helpful.
