Please, avoid going to this place at all costs. My experience there was extremely negative. As someone new to Milwaukee, I found it to be the worst healthcare experience I've ever had. They provided very little assistance throughout my visit to the emergency room, and to top it off, I received a $3000 bill for a minor issue. Despite paying it off within two months, I received a collection letter a month later claiming I hadn't paid. I urge everyone to be cautious. This place is incredibly unh...

So the ER is terrible...like a county hospital or prison hospital. Everything is worn and dirty looking...and staff is impatient. I broke my ankle...not just a break, but one surgery done and another next week. So...I was finally admitted after MANY hours in ER...(BROUGHT BY AMBULANCE) and a horrible, painful "experiment" with attempting to get my compound fracture lined up...given ketamine while awake...traumatized my family with screaming and a hallucinogenic trip from depths of hell. Then...

As a Registered Nurse of 15 years I’ve never experienced what I’ve experienced here. Trying to find out how my father is doing has been a nightmare. The level of patient care, compassion, and communication at this hospital has been extremely poor and unprofessional. Additionally, their ignorance regarding HIPAA guidelines is concerning and unacceptable.

Called to try to find person who might have been admitted. Lady couldn't help because of cyber attack, which I understand, but when I said "okay thank you," she just hung up on me. So incredibly rude.

My mother was a patient here a week ago. The conditions were deplorable. She was there for 2 weeks and the room was cleaned 1 or 2 times. The nursing staff wasn't much better. I believe they may have come 6 her room 1 time per visit. And I visited her at least every other day. You can bet I'll never be a patient there.

I had a TAVR, March 13, and want to thank my two outstanding nurses. Octavia and Mark. They were so wonderful to me, with constant care. They took such good care of me. Ascension should be proud to have them on your staff. And any patient that is lucky enough to have them care for them, will be in the best hands . I cannot thank them enough

I did have a bypass surgery on November 30th, 2023. My surgeons was so clear and detailed. They make sure I understand what I'm going to go through and the benefits of having the surgery. They did explain everything to me after the surgery and what is the next step after the check out. The nurses at CVICU were amazing and very helpful and caring especially a nurse her name Halemah Ghannam was very caring, knowledgeable and helpful. She did make sure I get the care that I need. She was very ...

I had the worse service & care I've ever experienced in my life. Went into the ER for chest pain, side pain, and a swollen throat. Sat in the waiting room for abour 20/30 mins, a nurse came to get me, took my vitals & gave me a covid test. After sat me in the hallway(they have chairs labeled A thru some other letter. A being priority) I was sat at A, in was told I was getting a room shorty. About 25mins go bye a nurse/doctor (The lady never introduced herself, only asked my name) she asked di...
