ARTS is a terrible place to work! It is run by a cabal of mean, self important people and 1 staggeringly inept man. You will be joining some nice counselors who are each treated poorly, are completely unknown and uncared for, but who still do a great job for their clients. You will be underpaid and pretty much never get a raise. Absolutely no promotions. As your tenure increases, you will be nothing but a list of your mistakes and any achievements will be ignored. You'll become bitter a...

The staff really is great and they treat me like I'm a human being with a problem. Not like a second class person. The doctor is even very understanding! I feel like they're working with me when I was expecting them to work against me and I would have to try and cheat the system -- you don't have to here. Their system actually works!

This place helped me get clean, it’s a tough program with strict guidelines but it’s supposed to be that way. If you’re ready to get your life back this place can and will help you. You have to put in work and know it’s not going to be easy! Thank you to Shayla, amber, and all the nurses and staff here! Much respect!

I have always been treated very fair. The only person I had major problems with is the councler Crissy. Some people just hate there life. Is what it is. Just stay clear from her and your good.
