I’ve been attending this place for 4-5 months and I can say it’s a wonderful place. They accommodate u well, and the staff is awesome. I absolutely love the nurses they are so nice. I recommend this place if you’re wanting to change your life for the better. Give it a shot, you’ll be happy u did. It’s $15 a day without insurance if anyone is wondering.

Wonderful counselors, wonderful nurses! The staff as a whole are great! I'm glad I transferred to ARS of Winchester when I did; I got one of the best counselors. ETA: It's been 2 years since I've been here, I still stand by the "if you need help, please go here - MMT isn't as bad as people make it, IF you take your sobriety serious!"

Wonderful place I'd say if you want help and methadone. The draw backs are it's luck of the draw on counselors and they control just about everything when it comes to your treatment. There are some counselors who are amazing and willing to do anything for you and there are others who are still nice people but not too smart. I've been there almost 2 years and have had many many counselors. Some quit, some move to different jobs, and sometimes they just moved me around. All and all I'd say it's...

They have changed all the good counselors to horrible ones who just count your number and get you out. Ben is wonderful and Vicki but sadly shes leaving too. My counselor was Horrible straight up looks like she came off a pole at the strip club and looked so dumb founded and is the rudest there. The nurses are wonderful i love each of them and they can only do their job but seriously go to crossroads.

Amazing staff from intake to dosing. They genuinely care about your issues and work with you to solve them. Counselor is fantastic which makes sessions even easier. The ONLY reason i didn't rate at a five is because of the price and the fact that they still do not accept Medicaid. But then comes the saying, you get what you pay for. When you look at it from that point of view, its definitely worth it.

I've been in this program for about 5 years, I left about a year ago and came back after a month. I relapsed within the month of leaving the program, but because of the structure and the incountablty I was able to get back on the right path. I've had a few issues at the program but overall the program has been good and I am grateful to have them in my life. I have paid out of pocket for the past 5 years but it's well worth me staying drug free from illegal drugs and I support methadone clinic...

ALL of the staff here are wonderful!!! They're helpful, understanding, and friendly! The intake day takes FOREVER but it's worth it, after that you're in and out. I haven't spent more than 5 minutes there. Another plus is everything is confidential, you will only be known by your given patient number but not in a cold way. If you need the help, go to ARS Winchester...you won't regret it!
