This place saved my life twice now. This time I'm giving it my all. Really helpful and nice staff. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and okay. And the food ladies Jenn And Jenny make sure you're definitely fed good. They make some really good food and there's always extra as well. God bless these people and this place as well .

Ok 1st off I wish I could give them more stars. Its an amazing environment where you are surrounded with people who actually care. You go there at the worst moments of life and the counselors and staff dont judge you ever! The food, the atmosphere, the knowledge you get! 10/10 Kelly, Lindsey, Steve, Kalighe Top teir baby! Anyone who ranks a low star probably got kicked out for doing something they weren't suppose to be doing, aren't ready for the help they have to give and want to be Iowa's u...

Very negative experience. I was mandated 6 meetings. One a week. They cancelled the meetings, with no notification, 4 consecutive times. I finished the 6 classes after them being postponed 4 WEEKS IN A ROW! Then, I was accused of not showing up to the meetings THEY cancelled. Went to talk to a supervisor, and she couldn’t help. She said just do the whole 6 weeks again. I feel insulted, and highly regret choosing this organization for my “treatment”.

Terrible communication. They withhold the necessary treatment documentation and don't return calls. A friend of mine will likely be sent to jail for a probation violation because they have not produced the documentation that proves he has done his treatment. We have attempted to contact them several times over the past few weeks, trying to get anyone on the phone who knows what they're doing and leaving several voicemails. He has no idea what else he can do besides be thrown in jail for not d...

If I could give 0 stars for this place I would. Terrible communication skills, terrible records, and when one person tells you something, another will tell you completely different. DO NOT go here for treatment unless your looking to get mistreated.

0 stars, this place is absolutely disgusting and they don't care about you just your money. They will recommend treatment for anyone who has an evaluation and they wrote things on my evaluation paperwork that I didn't even say.

I would prefer to leave 0 stars, but sadly that is not an option. What a joke.

Better residential facility than Country Oaks in Davenport, IA. Counselors and staff took the time needed with you and very personable. ASAC exceeded my expectations.
