My experience with the staff, particularly Mat & Bart, with whom I had dealings is that they are a no nonsense program that intends to help people suffering from severe addiction(s). They have a very direct, assertive style of communication that keeps clear lines of understanding when they speak with a resident, or potential resident. This place does work miracles in lives all over Nebraska, however it seems overwhelming and counterproductive when it comes to the patience and willingness, open-mindeness that they suggest we get to know ourselves.. anyways when it comes down to it it's about the money... They personally don't care why would they?
