This place is a joke. Short amount of time you're there men are forking the kitchen lady. The half the staff is gay men. Which also other men or forking that are in the program. And they're the ones that's watch you pee to take drug test. The lady that now runs to organization she is top-notch of the worst. Brings in people from her Pentecostal church. Which one of the men went and spent a couple weeks with one of their Church Deacons. There are no cameras in the building.

Aletheia House is NOT a place to go if you want to recover. I received a treatment plan almost a month after starting. I was asked to sign the document on 11/28/22 and it was pre-dated 11/9/22. They do not help or provide you with clothing or hygiene items. We were allowed to go thru 1 bag of clothes that should have gone in the trash. The case manager & therapist quit before I arrived and the new therapist quit after 2 weeks. I spent 80% of the days at a brown table coloring, doing pre-schoo...

They do not help or provide you with clothing or hygiene items. We were allowed to go thru 1 bag of clothes that should have gone in the trash. The case manager & therapist quit before I arrived and the new therapist quit after 2 weeks. I spent 80% of the days at a brown table coloring, doing pre-school crafts or going to various libraries to do crafts for children. It was an embarrassment. The day staff took us several times to a closed meeting consisting of only men where she proudly announced she was only staff and not one of us. Key word is closed. The person in charge was addicted to control & everyone appeared to be intimidated by her. She was not respected since she didn’t respect others. The day staff talked down to us and couldn’t be trusted. They made fun of a new client until she broke then had the nerve to call the police. I wasn’t on medication until joining. My blood pressure stayed in Stage 2 hypertension until the morning after I left. It’s been normal ever since. They returned mail I was expecting and needed after I requested to pick it up. The CEO even told them about it but Yakima obviously chose to be vindictive at Christmas time. I heard the program was good years ago so if they replace the day staff and managing staff with caring people that want to make a difference, it could become a good place. As for now, you’ll feel incarcerated and neglected so keep looking. You won’t find God at this facility. God bless and I wish you the best.

Mother’s Hope: Out of all the facilities I have been to this is the least caring. The director herself is when she’s not too busy to actually show up. Keisha the therapist watched me have an anxiety attack while pregnant and ignored it by asking the group what that wanted to do today. She repeatedly told me I wasn’t her client before hand but then would have meetings with other people who weren’t her client. I was constantly talked bad about out loud in front of of her and she’s encourage it ...

She repeatedly told me I wasn’t her client before hand but then would have meetings with other people who weren’t her client. I was constantly talked bad about out loud in front of of her and she’s encourage it by shutting me down in front of them and ignoring them. Let her you talk about anyone else though. My therapist left in January and there was no one there for 3 months for me. The director stopped coming in place of the therapist and therapy meetings started being once a month instead of twice. The Aletheia house still owes me money because I had to pay my way to go to my court because they didn’t leave a gas card. This is money I’ll probably never receive now that they dismissed me. Overall it is a toxic and hateful environment from both staff and clients. Also, I repeatedly saw staff break Hippa including a staff member calling everyone to the kitchen first thing in the morning to have a meeting about two members medications there. Specifically calling them out by names and stating their medicine. There’s so much more I can say but I’m just gonna end it with just for today I’m grateful that I don’t have to spend another day there.

I left Alethia house after being there a month because one staff member allowed a resident to read my intake chart that should have been locked up this was a hippa violation and after being taunted about medical issues by resident there I went to the nurse crying and I filed a grievance and for doing that on purpose they made me miss dinner by not announcing it and that staff member was on duty that day and me 8 months pregnant and when I addressed it she smiled so at that point I packed to l...

I honestly don’t believe that is a good program for pregnant women and the way I was treated there was horrible on top of donations given by different people and gone through and taken home by staff members not given to the residents whom they are donated for? I literally watched a pregnant woman ask for bigger clothes and was told no said she was about to go home while an hour later a staff member carried out a huge bag of donated clothing???

My review is for the Montgomery facility. I do not recommend this facility. There's some nice people there but there's also some really evil people there who look down on anyone they service because they're an addict who take joy in denying your prescriptions or your doctor visits knowing you're going to be sick. It happened to me more times than I can count and I'm really thankful that I'm done with them. I highly recommend the Freedom Center! If you're working and you can afford to pay for ...

If you're working and you can afford to pay for your medication the Freedom Center is the way to go. They don't treat you like your trash just because you're an addict. The people there care about you and your recovery. I promise you that alethia house will drive you to a relapse!

I was patient there in April.of 2021 at the Hanover Circle home. SOME OF THE OTHER CLIENTwere allowed to confront me about my medication during class one day. This is a HIPPA law violation. Another patient was hostile and physical towards several of the patients including me,when I threatened to talk to an atty the other patient was finally
dismissed.

The staff was rude and would pick on some clients or make fun of a situation. It's always hot in there and when I asked 3 different emails what I needed to bring for my child I had never received a email back .. They don't have the program under control there's Clint's in there with phones and ALOT more . . . Not to mention the roaches .

Pro: This was a good place to live temporary. They help you find an apt in your budget And give Walmart gift card to help with food.
Con: Some ppl don't have good credit. if your credit is stopping you from getting an apartment they will kick you out with no remorse even if u have nowhere to go. They will tell u to move and go to a shelter.
