ACTS is a behavioral health facility that includes prevention, intervention, and education services with each of their addiction recovery programs. As a community-based service, their goal is to provide equal access to addiction treatments. The ARC Program, also known as the Amethyst Respite Center, provides access to a variety of services that help individuals who are dealing with criminal courts from drug or alcohol addiction. Each individual will have access to short-term round-the-clock supervision that lasts approximately 3-10 days. While in this program, clients will have access to crisis stabilization, three meals a day, somewhere to sleep, and individual or group therapies. ACTS does also offer several different inpatient and outpatient treatment programs across the Tampa area that these individuals may be referred to once their stabilization period is completed.
