((((DO NOT GO HERE)))) ((((HORRIBLE SERVICE))) (((I am a black man, so I got the right to say this. The entire system has been tooken over by Nigerian immigrants with a bad attitudes towards unfortunate Americans with drug and alcohol addiction, and even mental health. They actually hate people with mental health I personally feel because any time I saw a person with mental health going into distress. All they would do is direct them to sit down or they would give them a sedation shot. they ...

A very nice place! The person at the front desk with long hair and the sick tattoos was very informative and got me in the next day at 7am for onboarding. They were able to get my a psychologist and medication, free of charge. There is a waiting list for therapy but I recommend Nuci Space for therapy. All of this is free and paid for by the state/city. It’s a wonderful hospital and I will always recommend them!

The receptionists at this facility were incredibly unhelpful and rude. Upon arrival, I needed assistance but was told that I was in the system under a different location, which was unable to accommodate me for another week. This delay was critical as I required a refill before I could see a psychiatrist. Their lack of sensitivity and rudeness was particularly frustrating given that this facility is government-run. There should be stricter oversight of such establishments, especially consideri...

It's appalling how inhumane some individuals can be, particularly the receptionists. They create numerous barriers for those seeking assistance, a stark reality in a country where access to healthcare is seen as a privilege rather than a fundamental right.

The staff was great and very patient in dealing with people in crisis and various conditions. Honestly everyone deserves a raise. The extreme wait to get a room is my only complaint. I would suggest more group therapy times, but it’s understandable as they are way understaffed.

Great interactions with most of the staff. Today however 1/28/23 at about 4:35pm I called to speak to an employee in concern for a missed phone call in which they gave me attitude and didn't help me in the slightest. I have someone staying there and was worried about them. I couldn't get an answer for anything and they hung up on me before I could say anything else. The weekday evening staff is great however.

Avoid this place like the plague they have a tendency to use and abuse the homeless community. They find at risk people to try different meds on like psychiatric meds they prescribed me questionable recalled medications like Seroquel and Prozac they love making pill cocktails while feedings people like us rotten food I ate uncooked meats on several occasions food sick from the four days I was at this facility. They are very passive aggressive and will break all your HIPAA rights right in fron...
