Needed to get counseling and recovery services for a court mandated order. They rescheduled me at least 3 times via voicemail. Rescheduling someone who desperately needs help doesn't help an addict - it makes them feel forgotten and worthless. If you're understaffed or you can't fit someone into the schedule then maybe you should start referring people to other counselors. This is a gap in recovery that leads to relapse if you guys aren't doing anything to help your patients in the first place.

They dont actually evaluate you, your assessment means nothing, they will go off of your .bac regardless and then make reccommendations based on that, not in this business of actually helping people and honestly assessing theyre situation, only in it for money, really sad.
