ARCA is a great place! They seem to have good food, help keep people motivated and busy. They had a routine and were very caring! If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, you should probably pay $30,000 to go to a fancy rehibilitation center. I believe ARCA provides the very best they can, considering most people are there paying very little money, if any at all! It's really not about what the place looks like as long as they are serving others and trying to help addicts rehibilitate themselves...

If I could give negative stars I would. I'd been talking to, planning, and waiting on a bed for a week. When we arrived for our appointment we were greated by a sour faced nurse who declared, before my uhusband even got out of the car that this was not the place for him. The website specifically states it treats dual diagnosis which I found out to be untrue. People seeking help need to go elsewhere. They turned out a good man who needed help Shame on you. P.S. You need to fire that nurse. She...

If you need caring individuals and any bedside manor for your recovery DO NOT go here. Hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Traumatizing. Every time I think of this place the anger and resentment I have for the staff and the way they treated the patients boils my blood. I found long term recovery and you can find it also…somewhere FAR AWAY from this place.

Great place! They will help you get and stay clean, teach you about addiction and assist you in continuing your path to recovery once you leave. The staff is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ARCA as a first step to save your life.

My very first inpatient treatment center. Not knowing what to expect, I was naturally nervous. The intake process was smooth and gentle, relatively fast, considering the state regulations that had to be followed. I was detoxing from alcohol, shaking all over. Mrs. Lisa was so kind and helpful, and she guided me through from check in to my bed. After detox, I decided to stay for the 14 day treatment program, and so glad I did. Mr. Craig educated us in so many areas and provided excellent resou...

Due to anonymity I won't mention names, but after the past year I've had I finally got a family member to go there. I went to every session I could go to support my loved ones and walked away with so many tools to help myself, knowledge of the disease and key factors of healthy boundaries. These counselors and entire staff truly care and most are long time clean recovering addicts. If you go in prepared to do the work, and I know this is killing so many daily so as a family member I made sure...

I chose to go here a few years ago. I’ve been an addict since the age of 12 in and out of programs, detox’s and everywhere in between. To all the naysayers here idk where that comes from. The staff when I was there was amazing, the counselors were better than some of my intensive 90 day centers I’ve been too. They cannot do the wanting for us that part is up to us. If your willing to accept change and the help they offer, trust me this place works. I’m almost three years clean from heroin and...

I recently completed treatment at ARCA. I loved it and I feel they saved my life! It all depends on how bad you want it! It's their job to guide us, but only we can save ourselves! So for those of you who really want change I strongly recommend ARCA, without a doubt! THANKS ARCA!!!!!!
