Available treatment options include case management, medication management, family therapy, psychotherapy, community rehabilitation, and forms of assessments. These assessments help each clinician determine which services to include in each outpatient program. IOP through Access Behavioral Health lasts approximately 9 hours each week for at least 16 weeks. This allows each person to choose a time when they can fit treatment into their schedule rather than having to choose between sobriety and outside responsibilities. Clients of Access Behavioral Health can participate in outpatient counseling for as long as they see fit.

Access is the most unprofessional agency I have ever worked with. My adult son is a client there. I am his caregiver and also was a Mental Health Counselor in California with many years experience in the field. When my son went in for an assessment he told them “I’m psychotic, I’m hallucinating, and don’t feel safe.” Annie the LPC just asked my son if he was suicidal and he said “no” she finished the assessment and did not address his concerns. His stepfather and I were not allowed to have in...

Don’t listen to the agencies double speak. My stepson signed “ROI”s (Release of information) so that Access can speak to us and share information with us. To be excluded from my stepson’s treatment plan is irresponsible and inexcusable. My wife worked in the health field for 20+ years and I worked in Social Services. We are both very well versed with HIPPA regulations and requirements. HIPPA rules are the same nationwide, so who is using them correctly, Access or the several other agencies, i...

STAY AWAY This company is basically a wing of Health & Welfare's Mental Health Dept & they willingly share your info. You will forever be on their "lists". They regularly work with the courts & probation officers, illegally sharing information. ACCESS is the main agency used by the courts, so it may work for some, but if you need privacy & expect professionalism, this isn't the place. They will lie & just accuse you of mental issues if you disagree. Psychiatry isn't done with secret undercove...

Chris (prescriber) doesn’t listen to you as a patient. I’ve been going here for 4 years and he’s never listened to me. I finally spoke up and have gotten a new prescriber. Be aware of this when you are choosing your providers.

I've been going to Access for a long time and have been amazingly lucky to have Leslie as my EMDR provider. She is beyond amazing and has helped me in so many ways. I can't say enough positive about her. Then, on the other end the meds management providers have been beyond frustrating to the point after my telehealth with Chris yesterday I feel worse than before I saw him. I felt like a # and he was so cold, didn't ask anything about me. I believe that all stems from the fact I was seeing Sha...

Leslie is one of the best counselors I've had in a long time. She has been a tremendous influence and help in my sobriety while working with her. I absolutely ♥️ love her.. She is one amazing woman.

I personally used to go here for counseling and med management. While there I was seeming to be doing good on the meds I was prescribed. Until one night I attempted suicide with the medication they had prescribed me no less, all three. Full refills. When being assessed at the doctors I wasn't found as being at risk of myself. But I was very well talked to about the risk factors of being on all three of those meds w having my suicidal tendancies. They have an instant toxic reaction to an overd...

I was surprised to see the 1-star ratings here. I've been going to Access for well over 5 years now, and haven't had any major issues at all. Since the squeaky wheel is the loudest, I felt driven to add a quieter and more satisfied wheel to the overall clockwork, as it were. I love my Nurse Practitioner, and there are a few assistants and receptionists (I can only fairly speak of the ones I've actually had interactions with) I can think of that also deserve praise. They've kept this up for o...
