Words don’t seem like enough to say how impacting my time at the Center has been. I have been seen, loved, taught and listened to. I have received understanding of myself, skills to work with in life and I know that I can change the narrative of my trauma. The staff cares and is aware of the process of each client, it is obvious they work together to provide the best care for each person. I sincerely wish every person could have this experience. The Center exceeded all expectations that I had going in. The staff - and I mean ENTIRE staff - is incredible. Each client is acknowledged daily, and that means a lot in a place like this. Phenomenal counselors, whole body wellness, and a safe place to process what may be going on in your life. Truly the best decision I ever made was going to The Center. I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for help.

Going to The Center was singularly, and without a doubt, the greatest choice I’ve ever made, and the greatest challenge I’ve ever faced. Before I came to The Center, I almost lost my life to an eating disorder; I was deeply depressed, all consumed with a debilitating anxiety, and killing myself slowly through drugs and denying myself food and love. I was lost in the dark place within myself, believing I would never find the hope to want to live another day, to feel worthy and valued and worth...

I was lost in the dark place within myself, believing I would never find the hope to want to live another day, to feel worthy and valued and worthy of a purpose.
Through the community and team at The Center, I found a group of people who believed in me in a way I had never felt before, people who saw me for who and where I was. I will never be the same, and I never want to go back to that place, and I know that I won’t because of the life changing skills and perspectives I learned here.
If you are reading this review, I want you to know you deserve this. You are worthy and deserving of a life you want, you are worthy and deserving of happiness and peace and the serene joy of existence. You so deserve this place and the healing and hope it can offer, if you choose to take the leap and accept it.
I am not religious, so don’t be put off by the associations with God, because no one forces you into it, no one preaches at you, they simply lead by example the biblical belief of love thy neighbor, and that every person has a purpose and inherent worth.

Something I can't empathize enough is that this is truly a safe, open and caring place. You're able to open up, be vulnerable and show your true self to get the treatment you honestly need
When getting treatment anywhere, honesty and openness is required to get the help you need. The Center is an environment where you are safe to do that
All the care here is truly at an expert level. Your treatment plan is genuinely tailored to your needs. The staff is kind, skilled and highly trained

The Center helped me discover the core issues of my problems with their excellent counselors, insightful curriculum, and relatable group sessions. I made many friends during my time, and I can't truly express how grateful I am for how they were able to assist me in walking through my struggles. I would recommend this facility and their care for ANY PERSON who is wanting to grow, heal, or receive a breath of fresh air in life. It's worth it.

The Center is about as perfect of a partial hospitalization (or intensive outpatient) treatment center that you could possibly hope to find. The Center is about as perfect of a partial hospitalization (or intensive outpatient) treatment center that you could possibly hope to find. I'm a queer, disabled, clinical social worker, and it was very vulnerable to take the step to go to a program and acknowledge I needed more help than I could manage in my day to day life.
I have religious trauma coming from an evangelical xian background and was leery that I would be preached at, and unsure if I could benefit from a program being a clinician. Thankfully, those concerns were not needed. The admissions folks reassured me that the program is tailored to you and faith classes were only added if people wanted them, which ended up being true. There were a few instances where bible verses or references to Jesus happened in classes, but that happened only a few times across five weeks. No one ever judged me for being queer, or agnostic, and there were many queer folks in the program when I attended.
The holistic approach with having a psychiatric nurse, a naturopath, nutritionist, 1:1 counseling, and groups was above and beyond what you get from most programs. It was extremely helpful to have those pieces of support, and the program is truly designed to look at the whole person. It does what so many programs say they are, yet fail to do.
It took me about a week to fully open up and re-learn how to become a "peer" instead of a clinician. The things I gained outside of 1:1 therapy were very much related to connection, community, learning from others' experiences, and building relationships. The classes are comprehensive, especially for folks newer to mental health. Though I struggled at times feeling like "I know all of this," I learned to sit with a beginners mind. Then being connected and open with others is what brought those classes to life for me. Seeing the content from others' point of view gave a depth to the lessons that made it all the more meaningful.
All of the staff are deeply kind and caring, are willing to hear your concerns, and will work with you to find the best treatment plan needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this program to my friends, family, or clients. I am profoundly grateful for my time at the Center, for the care of the clinicians I worked with, and the many gifts of understanding I received during my time there. They do a wonderful job making people feel as welcomed and safe as possible. You are not just a number at the Center, you are a person whose humanity is valued and supported well.
If you are on the fence about the Center, I say give it a try. You are worth the time and effort to step away and work on yourself. You never know what might open up for you in the process, or bring healing and awareness to things you may have not even realized you needed. It was well worth the investment to attend. I will hold my time there with deep gratitude, appreciation, and respect for all of the thoughtful touches and lessons learned that the program provided.

The Center truly is a place of HOPE. I didn't know what the program was all about. it's about learning techniques to deal with yourself, relationships and your emotions. I think everyone would benefit from this self discovery journey. It's not just the Center staff who is lovely or the front desk staff. But they ensure the clients are going to be a strengthening and safe community to learn and grow in. Thank you Center! ❤️

I spent a few months feeling hopeless.. lacking a sense of self. And while I'm not "cured" I have a sense of what I need to do to improve. Overall a wonderful open minded facility. Multiple one on one sessions with therapists, psychiatrist, providers, medication management, housing is close by for those who need it. If you are considering a more extensive program.. but aren't quite inpatient level..this is probably going to be a good option.
