Unfortunately, I will probably not be going back based on my last visit. A month ago when I was in to get my monthly take homes. I did see that there was going to be a new sliding scale for the cost of my meds. If I remember right, the sign said that it was going to take affect on September 7th. My next appointment was on the 6th and I arrived at 8 o’clock in the morning. I have to drive from Kerrville to San Antonio every month for my take homes and counseling. Past couple months, my counsel...

I've been coming here for over a year and this place is awesome. Maria is such a great counselor, or was. She got promoted and deserved every bit of it. The new front desk receptionist is amazing and is always so helpful. Everyone from staff to other patients love my daughter and she loves coming with me to dose. I love this place. It's saved my life and allowed me to be a present mother!

I’ve been going here for about 6 months, maybe a little longer, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. All staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional! It doesn’t take long to get your dose and then leave so that’s always super convenient, it’s always clean, it’s not difficult to see or talk to the Doctor when you need to, and overall this clinic is legit worth the 5 star rating I’m giving them!

Even missing one day due to car trouble, sickness, kid's etc...even if you call and let this clinic KNOW YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT DUE TO "SOME MISHAP". THEY WILL PHASE YOU DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I SWITCHED FROM CROSSROADS BECAUSE THEY CLOSED. I WAS ON WEEKLY TAKEHOMES. I ONLY HAD TO ATTEND ONE DAY A WEEK TO PICK UP 6 DOSES. EVEN SINCE SWITCHING FROM CROSSROADS, I HAVE HAD TO MISS 2 DAYS. EACH TIME I CALLED AND MADE THEM AWARE. NOW I HAVE TO FILE AN APPEAL BECAUSE THIS CLINIC DOESNT GIVE ANY REA...

I’ve been at this clinic for over a year and I’m reading a lot of bad reviews. Honestly most of the bad reviews are cus some people will not go by the rules. I love my consoler Shawn and all the other counselors. I don’t have nothing bad to say about this clinic. All u gotta do is follow rules. The counselors and the nurses are awesome very nice and understanding.

I'm thankful for your services for my daughter, however I drove an hour in torrential weather to get her there on time. I understand there are rules, however for you to lock the door and turn off the light in her face on a bad weather day is inexcusable to the her and the community your services offer. I understand time limits and on a fair weather day, I get it! But on bad weather days you could have enough city to bed that time limit a bit. She tried to call you multiple times, you didn't ...

My name is Jeff I’m a patient of this facility on McCarthy ln, San Antonio Texas. My counselor is Sean and he has been great nurses and staff is professional and knowledgeable and courteous . I’ve been here for 3 weeks now and very happy with experience. I was at n.w treatment center on CULEBRA rd. And that place is horribly staffed by unprofessional nurses and counselors. They need to be shut down TODAY!!! So to sean, kaela, and staff it’s a pleasure having y’all in my corner. If more people...

The “doctors” at this clinic prescribed my mother 300mg of methadone per day. She died of a heart attack that she couldn’t feel due to the high dose they prescribed her. Those were the medical examiner’s exact words. They have no interest in their patients ever recovering. It’s a crooked little business that profits off making people lifelong dependents. Go to any other clinic for help.
