This place was a LIFE SAVER....I was on the streets in Dallas and addicted to synthetic opiates and Kratom....they helped me get State funding and detoxed me....the staff were amazing, the facility was super clean and the food was great....after detox they helped me get into residential treatment at the new facility in Dallas (Irving).....I'm currently sober and working and I am grateful for the opportunity and experience at Cennikor Waco

Covid , lack of supervision, Incorrect Medications were disspensed to cliets.. overcrowding and acilitunsanitary kitchen staff not following any saftey procedures. Client's saftey is always at risk..I have completed a complaint forms on the states website for a investigation of this facilities and was promised they will investigate due to the 4 other complaint that are sitting on there desk..

This place changed my life for good! The staff is amazing and really care because the majority of them are also in recovery. I stayed for 58 days and got a lot out of all the treatment. You have to be done and sick and tired in order for it to work. They cant magically heal you but if u really are done then this is a amazing place. I recommend staying 60-90 days though. Its hard to change a whole lifestyle in 28 days. Thanks to all my friends at Cenikor! I look forward to coming back and shar...

Bad place to work for its a joke. BHT job title is overrated should be called janitor. Wash towels and blankets all day. Take all garbage out. Sweep mop. Does that sound like a Behavioral Health Tech? Tech lead is a hard headed woman who thinks she's always right. L.S despicable. Laziness everywhere. Mediocre. Etc.

This place is the WORST. Went for residential treatment the first time experience was mediocre, then went a second time and was discharged a few two days. The women in the facility were extremely catty - the say I for there in FRONT management allowed the poor girl to be attacked by other patients for a food twenty- thirty minutes straight. She ended up AMAing about thirty minutes later. Then one or the patients asked me if I could somehow get her an Ativan by acting like I took the pill an...

Counselors and staff are very helpful and do go out of there way to be extra helpful. It's difficult to have a good attitude when detoxing and getting sober. I was appreciative to be around caring people.

I went in for long term was suppose to see a counselor every day never happened . I completed detox and they told me I would be moved to a bed for residential the next day. They gave me my narcotics at 1 pm and then woke me up at 3 pm and said pack your stuff you got to go. I live 3 hours away thank God a tech named Jarred (badass) convinced them to let me stay one more more night so I could have a ride today. They said they only have so many state beds but a guy that came in after me got m...

- Beware of Lindsay - My over-all experience at Cenikor was fantastic. The groups and classes are extremely informative and helpful, as are the counselors. You meet with counselors regularly and set up a treatment plan, and they're great about following up with you and seeing how you're progressing. The counselors/ teachers are also very hands on and helpful in terms of groups/classes and your recovery. I would recommend Cenikor Waco to anyone I know. However - Lindsay is awful. Not only is...
