Great place to go if you’re an abuser looking for encouragement or a person with BPD who actually enjoys abandonment. Me ex and I are both separate patients at CO. He is extremely emotionally and psychologically abusive and his therapist encourages his every abusive move and doesn’t seem to notice when her patients have no remorse or integrity, doesn’t seem to know what a raging narcissist looks like. She encourages him to abandon and toss out a patient of theirs with BPD and if I’m crazy an...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Have never had a good experience here. The staff is rude and depending on who you talk to at the front desk, they give you different answers to the same questions. I also requested a prior authorization and called SEVEN times to request this be sent to my insurance, and not a single time did I get a call back or did they send the paperwork to the company so I had to pay out of pocket for the medication (over $150/month). Their incompetence and unwillingne...

UNPROFESSIONAL,WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. NOT A GOOD HEALTHCARE AGENCY FOR THE MENTALLY ILL. THEY NEED MORE THAN POP UP VISITS. STOP DOING WHATS BEST FOR YOU AND LET THE PATIENT BE THE FOCUS.

Hello, this is real. Carolina outreach has helped me with a 3 month long process if required c overing from homelessness to having a place. They helped me get $4900 for an apartment. We are not homeless anymore. Amanda Strott worked very hard and diligently and patiently in order to see me through. Thank you Amanda for being amazing and sincere.

My family has been receiving services here for over 6 months now for my 6 year old son who is very misunderstood by many and we have had an amazing experience. We are doing intensive outpatient therapy with allissa alba, Aubrey kruszka, and Allison Morgan and all 3 of them have been absolutely amazing. We had a series of very bad experiences with therapists for my son before this and I had just about given up on getting help but they by far have proved that there are people out there that c...

Giving them less than average because I have had several bad experiences here and it's worth documenting. After being in their care for 5+ years, I have yet to find consistency. They are constantly changing up my therapists and doctors. Very chaotic! About the only thing good in their Durham office is Ms. Shameka, a medical assistant. ( ) Just when they start to win my trust over again, they pull some sort of shenanigan. I'd avoid if you have PSMI.

I have been going here for over 3 years now. They are wonderful. The doctors and therapists are truly amazing. The only thing I would change is to have an additional person who answers the phone. Lol

There is nothing "outreach" about this facility. The building violates multiple ADA requirements. The lobby was filled with several teens signing up for "school meds" they claimed. I assume you can get shady scripts here seeing as how they charge 450 dollars for a self pay urgent care visit. Last time I saw numbers like that it was for a Florida oxy clinic in a recent documentary. Something is very off about the combo of $ and the clients plus the poor quality building. The profits are not go...
