I was treated horribly in patient. It's a great place to work, everyone's got your back. As a Veteran you are just what keeps the system moving. It doesn't seem to matter what actually happens, just what the records show. Good Luck

Haven't been there in a couple years. It really looks good today - landscaping etc. Treatments for spouse have been good. If you get a, no, on service - keep on pursuing it- you will get in.

i went to this VA for 5 years. for 5 years they told me my shoulder was fine. they couldn't imagine why i'd be in pain. after transferring to a new VA it took the Dr less than a few seconds to notice how bad my shoulder is... 80% muscle tissue loss. it could have been much less severe had someone noticed earlier. i dont blame the staff. you're as likely to get an MRI as you are to land on the moon. but the facility i moved to saw how bad off i was and knew how to work the system to get me one...

As a currently serving veteran coming up on 17 years in uniform, I had not heard many great things about the VA. Just recently was my first experience with the VA, and I was pleasantly surprised. Although the process filing VA disability was quite long, after completion I have found it to be fair and impartial. The VA gave me a chance to elaborate on my conditions that were service related, provide documentation, and get a thorough examination by Dr. Johnson in Battle Creek who was profession...

Visiting Battle Creek and came down with the flu, or so I thought…had a very bad cough. I went into the Battle Creek VA Urgent Care. Nursing staff was great! Got me in quickly and seemed genuinely caring. The doctor on the other hand was so hands off. I was tested for COVID and when it came back negative he seemed like that was his only priority. He did not check my ears, my throat….nor did he ask questions. He listened to my lungs for a brief second. He stated, I think it’s viral. You ...

10 stars! My PTSD clinic team deserves an award! I was with them for a little less than a year before relocating to a new state. They continued my care to make sure I didn’t fall through the cracks in transition while waiting to hear from my new care team. They renewed and mailed my prescriptions and have improved my life so much I am so grateful for the Battle Creek VAMC staff! Dr Mulatto and Dr. k kildoff are amazing. There was another woman I was assigned to before Dr kildoff before she to...
