I was extremely hesitant to seek help, as most men are. We have a push through attitude, however I was at my last break where I decided to drive up to Baart and let down my walls. They helped me immediately that very morning and ever since my life has completely changed for the better. Thank you so much, the staff deserves a raise every chance they get!

Guest dosed, director raised her voice at me for asking for info that nursing said they needed. Super unprofessional, guest dosing took 2 hours. My suggestion would be to hire someone more competent of the interpersonal relationships needed to facilitate these services. The other staff were pleasant enough, but they don't seem to know the guest dosing routine needed to effectively guess dose ppl. Nurse was great.

I've been going to BAART for a little over two months. My counselor is really easy to talk to and has given me some great advice. Everyone at baart from the people at the front desk,to the nurses, and the counselors are extremely nice people and seem like they genuinely want to see you have a successful recovery. Like i said I've only been going there two months but would definitely recommend Baart to anyone looking to change their lives for the better.

Every faculty member is extremely friendly and helpful... Although this is a new experience for me and certainly a new chapter to get acclimated to, everyones comforting compassion makes it that much more easier to embrace. Experience with Mercy stands out as very calming, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with.

I am grateful for the BAART clinic if it were not at that location and for the federal funding they eventually get you took 3 months for me but it's still less than OCT the employees all seem to be helpful I have butted heads with a certain employee but I guess he's just being careful and me I am getting older and getting more stuck in my ways I have always been that way. I have had counsels listen to me who were not my counselor and they could have told me that I should wait for my own coun...

Beware the receptionist. She seems to want to play doctor and loves to power trip on patients because she knows they’re in bad shape. If you respond to her instigation she uses her “authority” to kick you out. She also will tell you things contrary to the doctor which IMO is extremely unsafe and unprofessional. I personally haven’t had run in with “the BAART witch” but I daily watch her abuse patient after patient. She has no reason to work at this facility. If the BAART program truly follow...

Worst customer service I have ever had specially for a recovery maintenance program. After I paid $60 a piece for intake their attitudes completely changed and were extremely rude. My girlfriend and I went to them for help in our recovery which we did not receive at all. I called and they told us to come in. We drove 25 minutes in order to get there just to sit around for 20 minutes just to be told to come back next week if we wanted to start the program. They had no problem taking $120 from...
