I am lost, broken, depressed, I have anxiety, you name it i feel like i have it. Because of a lot of back to back pain I’m trying to deal with.. I was at the lowest part of my life and I have never felt that way before. When I went to this place i already had in my head that this will be a waste of time! But the God allowed me to talk with this amazing person .. she was kind, understanding, easy to talk to, she made my first ever experience comfortable. It took a few minutes but after I kept ...

RHA is an amazing place with so many great resources or information on how to find many helpful resources in the area. Many negative reviews which I could not disagree more with. Talking about sour dispositions and long wait times. Reality is, they are all human. We all struggle especially in these times. Helping hurting people places an indescribable drain mentally and physically. Give them some slack. Regarding having to wait, I have been in and out of every service at RHA quicker than m...

Our intensive in-home experience is coming to a close. Our team was wonderful. Our team lead was incredibly genuine, reliable, thorough, and deeply caring. She really holds so much for the families she works with and I can't thank her enough for how she's gotten us through the hardest time of our lives. Thank you is not enough, Lane Simmons. You are a rockstar.

I took a young adult to RHA on Biltmore Ave who had substance abuse problems, anxiety disorders, suicidal and has mental health issues. The first thing I noticed was the older blonde attendant at the front desk had a really sour look and attitude. I went with the 19 year old into be interviewed and the tone of voice by the bald headed man who gave the interview tone was smarmy and skeptical much more than it was then "I am here to help". The 19 year old had a out of county NC Medicaid ca...

RHA is great if you're a drug addict or want to receive kindergarten style "self esteem" classes in a group setting. I went to RHA primarily needing evaluations. I had an interview with a retired coke head who gave me a vague and generalized diagnosis and tried to push me into group therapy which I did not want. She said I should get a medication assessment, even though I told her I had no interest in taking medications (the meds for depression/anxiety/etc. are dangerous and the last thing I ...

I tryed to get them to fax drug screen results I ended up going in at least 5 times in person calling them and going into medical records and calling medical records. They told me multiple times they would call me back and never did. Medical records told me they would call me back... they never did. I almost went to jail yesterday because RHA could not fax my test results. I would be careful if you are going to be considering this as a place to benefit your life and to help with legal matters.

Been calling them since November to get a copy of a record and still haven't gotten it and it's February. Also they said they had it ready and when I went to pick it up it was someone else's MENTAL health record. HUGH HIPPA violation. Set up for big lawsuit here. BEWARE: they may be giving out YOUR records to other people . I would NOT recommend these people to a fly. They are inept at their job to say the least. I hope these people read these reviews
