My daughter just gave birth to her third child here at the new Aurora Medical Center of Sheboygan. It’s a very beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. I noticed that the Dr.s, nurses, and the assistants were very personable. It made my daughter feel completely comfortable. The quality of care is an A+. Everyone is friendly and kind. I like that the hospital is updated with the best technology. Amenities are totally awesome. It’s like having your own personal suite. The food has a little to be des...

Poorly designed hospital; the corridors are unnecessarily large with open spaces that make walking to any part of the building too much for some with mobility issues. The excessive open areas make it look more like an art gallery than a medical facility. The ER is located in the back of the hospital - (you'd think they would want the Emergency room as close to the road as possible for life-threatening situations), and there is no highway on/off-ramp nearby. What if someone on the road needed ...

I am very saddened and sickened by the treatment that has been given to patients with Covid, and other ailments for that matter. There is an extreme lack of logic and intention to actually help heal people with the care being implemented. My personal experience was with aurora and Covid. I know it hasn’t been just our family to lose someone at the mercy of this poor healthcare system. What I’ve learned; YOU NEED TO ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF. My mom went in to the hospital because she wasn’t gett...

Most of my appointments where it the new facility when they new Aurora Health Care Clinic & Hospital opened. Staff is GREAT especially when someone is as nervous as I when I arrived for my appointment 9/07/2023. To say I was scared to visibly shaking was putting it mildly. That ended immediately upon entering the front door as the front desk staff was getting me a wheelchair as I was breathing heavily from walking from the drop-off area. Great personalities in the RNS and all staff. All w...

I had to come pick something up from my baby's father in the behavioral health unit and children aren't allowed so, Connie H. at the front desk of the main entrance was very kind and offered to watch them while I ran downstairs . She gave the kids candy and stickers. Very sweet. Thank you very much Connie!

The emergency room team didn't seem to care about my grandma's health issues. She was struggling to breathe and they wouldn't let her have oxygen. They ignored her pain and sent her home. When she was in the hospital for 6 days two weeks earlier, they took her for a walk only one time when they were to walk her at least twice a day. It's as if they assume people of a certain age aren't worth treating. We took her to another Aurora hospital in Milwaukee and they're treating all her issues and ...

For certain procedures hospital is great, but unfortunately I cannot recommend the E.D. or stay of any length at this hospital. I habe contacted them about issues during my stay twice and they have failed to respond. There are some very wonderful nurses and doctors at this hospital but far too many are ignorant and several are downright childish. Instead of admitting to the fact that they did not have the knowledge or capabilities to deal with certain conditions I received continuous gasli...
