This place saved my life! The staff is so friendly and nice. They are always trying to make it easier for you and not harder. That hasn’t always been my experience with other clinics in Delaware. Especially Coras behavioral health “connections” I think half of the people at ARS are transfers from Coras. I was always use to an attitude from all the nurses and my counselor. Not at ARS! They have done nothing but help me the entire time I have been there! And that is how your clinic should make ...

Great staff, friendly and always in a positive mood. People that go here for treatment are nice as well. Everyone minds their business. Does what they need to do and leave. A great place to find wellness.

I've been on methadone for 23 yrs, ever since 3-5-2000. I started at BCI and have been to 6 clinics, from Florida. Maryland and Delaware and ARS of New Castle is BY FAR THEE BEST AND Nicest clinic I've ever went to. The whole staff, from the nursing staff, to the counselors and everyone else is the nicest. They are very professional and mostly importantly, empathetic to our struggles. They aren't condescending at all, they treat us like human beings and they are always ready to help me when I...

This is by far the best clinic I’ve ever been to. It’s really easy to do intake, there’s no losers hanging around in the parking lot trying to bum cigarettes or spare change. There’s no drug dealers hanging around. The staff greet you by name when you walk in & the counselors really care. The place is really clean & nice; & the scene is essentially drama free. I’ll never go back to one of the other ghetto clinics. This place is totally worth it.

The girl who said they dropped her dose daily 5mg wasn't clear about why they dropped her dose. If they paid what they owed, their dose wouldn't have been dropped . I'm sorry but $90 a week is not that much money. They must have been using drugs on top of going to the clinic. This clinic is awesome and really does care. Way better than claymont.
